I had my wedding at Airlie Gardens and choosing Milner's Cafe and Catering was easily one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! Tara, Joanie, and Chef Mark were more than wonderful to work with and made every step of the way leading up to and during the wedding an amazing experience! Not only is the food to die for but they are awesome people to work with, and I now consider them family! :)
During and after the wedding I heard countless raving reviews from guests about the cocktail hour food and drinks as well as the family style dinner (the BEST country biscuits, mac and cheese and spiced sweet potatoes)! The service and how everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful all evening was invaluable! The whole evening was perfect and I cannot thank the Milner's crew enough! Brides choose Wilmington to have their weddings for Milner's... they are that good!!
Not only did we have them for our wedding but we had them bring food for the wedding party on the morning of and cater the brunch on the day after! Everything was INCREDIBLE! They have a local Wilmington cafe so go check it out!

We used Milner's Cafe & Catering for our wedding weekend, and we truly cannot say enough positive things about them! From the moment we started planning, Tara and Chad, the incredible owners, were an absolute joy to work with. Leading up to our big weekend, they went above and beyond to help us create a completely customized menu—not just for our wedding day, but also for our rehearsal dinner the night before and brunch the morning after.

Every dish was absolutely DELICIOUS. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food—it was the highlight of every meal. The staff was equally amazing—friendly, attentive, and completely on top of their game, even with our party of 60. Their top-notch service made the entire experience feel seamless and special.

We weren’t the easiest group, but Milner’s made it a priority to ensure that one of the most important weekends of our lives was flawless, and they did it all with smiles and grace. It was truly a five-star experience from start to finish.

Where do I even start with this review?! Milner’s is THE BEST! We really wanted great food for our wedding and Milner’s totally delivered. They were super personable from the first day we met them at our tasting. Very friendly people! They even invited us to come back the next day to try a dish that we were curious about, but they didn’t have that day. They made us a whole dish for ourselves, didn’t charge us, and gave us a free lunch! On the wedding day, the food was amazing! My Dad said it was not only the best wedding food he had ever had, but maybe even the best meal of his life! He’s 70 and that’s a lot of meals to compete with! Tara, Mark, and the Milner’s crew are AMAZING!! Book them if you want great service, friendly people, and delicious food! Thanks Milner’s!!
