  I had my wedding at Airlie Gardens and choosing Milner's Cafe and Catering was easily one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! Tara, Joanie, and Chef Mark were more than wonderful to work with and made every step of the way leading up to and during the wedding an amazing experience! Not only is the food to die for but they are awesome people to work with, and I now consider them family! :)
  During and after the wedding I heard countless raving reviews from guests about the cocktail hour food and drinks as well as the family style dinner (the BEST country biscuits, mac and cheese and spiced sweet potatoes)! The service and how everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful all evening was invaluable! The whole evening was perfect and I cannot thank the Milner's crew enough! Brides choose Wilmington to have their weddings for Milner's... they are that good!!
  Not only did we have them for our wedding but we had them bring food for the wedding party on the morning of and cater the brunch on the day after! Everything was INCREDIBLE! They have a local Wilmington cafe so go check it out!

  Couldn't get enough of the food! I was so excited after the tasting to have the food at the wedding. We didn't try everything at the tasting since we didn't know exactly what we wanted. We ended up doing a pork loin and spinach and mushroom chicken, it was to die for. We also did a mash potato bar too with toopings and that was a huge hit! The staff was wonderful and very attentive to both me and my husband and to all of our guests needs too. I would highly recommend contacting Tara and having milners cater your next event!

  So much to say! Mark and Tara and the staff at Milners C&C made our wedding memorable!! We had a custom menu in mind which they took on with enthusiasm. Our wedding took place outdoors and their suggestion of grilling in front of the guests really brought our wedding buffet to another level. I've received at least a dozen compliments on the quality and taste of the food and attentiveness of the staff. Through all of our wedding planning I had the illusion that we were prepared for the day, but there is so much coordination needed during the event that I overlooked. I'm grateful that Milners (the experts) were there to make my outdoor event a truly magical experience that I'll remember forever.

  Where do I even start with this review?! Milner’s is THE BEST! We really wanted great food for our wedding and Milner’s totally delivered. They were super personable from the first day we met them at our tasting. Very friendly people! They even invited us to come back the next day to try a dish that we were curious about, but they didn’t have that day. They made us a whole dish for ourselves, didn’t charge us, and gave us a free lunch! On the wedding day, the food was amazing! My Dad said it was not only the best wedding food he had ever had, but maybe even the best meal of his life! He’s 70 and that’s a lot of meals to compete with! Tara, Mark, and the Milner’s crew are AMAZING!! Book them if you want great service, friendly people, and delicious food! Thanks Milner’s!!

  Professional. Delicious. Beautiful. Absolutely zero complaints. I cannot tell you how pleased my husband and I are with Milner's service and product. I would 100% recommend them to anyone!

  Milner's has the best food hands down!! They catered our wedding and everyone could not get over how amazing everything tasted. They had a very professional team and worked great with all of our other vendors. We had such a variety of foods and I would recommend them to anyone! You can't go wrong with Milner's as your wedding caterer!

  Milner's Café & Catering did an amazing job on our wedding reception dinner. Tara and Mark were a joy to work with and mixed their talents perfectly to manage our day (Tara) and create delicious food (Mark.) They made it easy to schedule our initial tasting and final tasting of the entire menu we selected. One of my favorite moments was when we asked for a caprese salad option and Mark mulled it over before saying that he believed he could still get tomatoes in season at the time of our wedding. We loved that kind of consideration of ingredients! Upon our request, Mark even created a Southern-style pork belly appetizer that wasn't on their menu of options. I'm still dreaming of that and the shrimp & grits--the BEST version of that dish I've ever had. I mentioned to Tara two weeks before the event that one of our guests had several food allergies and poof, they made sure he had a specially prepared meal with no further discussion. Guests are still talking about the food weeks later! Can't wait to go back for lunch at their café to relive the fun (and food.)

  I'm pretty sure that Milner's provides the MOST DELICIOUS wedding dinner in all of Wilmington. We loved it, and we received a huge number of compliments from our guests. I highly recommend them!
