If you are looking for a beautiful wedding location but not trying to break the bank, then look no further. Ellen, the director, was an absolutely blessing! She was on top of everything, great communication, and very supportive. She was fantastic! I couldn’t have asked for a better wedding director. She worked with us for our wedding, and our rehearsal dinner (even if it was last minute). She worked with our budget, and did everything in her power to make it beautiful. Thank you Ellen for everything!!! Absolutely blessing!
As for catering, it’s hit or miss. You need to have every little bit of direct communication with the main caterer lady. When talking to her, make sure you have everything in writing on your end and screenshots! She will mix up everything and act like you didn’t communicate with her prior to. So just beware, maybe the extra $10 per person for outside catering is worth it. Who knows?

Chelsea was the best! She was so helpful and flexible for us! She answered all of our questions before the wedding and was very hands on during the wedding. The reception was set up so nicely and the reception area is beautiful. The resort was very nice. My husband and family and friends enjoyed playing golf, using the pool and staying at the resort. The Veranda bar and grill has delicious food. We liked the convenience of the rooms, the ceremony, the reception and the restaurant being so close to each other. We got married in front of the Wedding Tree and it was beautiful. They have options for bar set ups. We decided on the consumption bar for our wedding. We had an amazing time!!

We truly enjoyed working with Chelsea , and had a beautiful wedding day because of her. She was kind and worked with our budget and needs. I really appreciate having wonderful vendors on our big day to make it truly beautiful!

From the minute we visited this venue, we fell in love! My husband and I held our wedding reception at the Beau Rivage in June. Our family and bridal party stayed in the accommodations onsite for the entire weekend. The ladies enjoyed a brunch on the veranda, the gentlemen partook in a game of golf, and those with children played in the pool. The clubhouse is a gorgeous building and the owners and staff are very hospitable. There was a mishap with the bar the night of our wedding, but the owners went above and beyond to make it right with us. We appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction and will definitely be back in the future. It was a great convenience having our family and bridal party staying onsite for the wedding, a beautiful setting, and an overall outstanding weekend had by all! My sister also had her wedding reception there in 2013 and it was wonderful as well.

Wow what can I say. My daughter got married at Beau Rivage Golf Resort on July 29th, 2016. I came upon this resort kind of by accident from a friend that knew they had an upstairs floor rental for events. We have a home in Wilmington but do not live there, and my daughter wanted to get married at the beach. I set out looking at alot of the locations down in Wilmington that are used for weddings, only to find that they had a lot of restrictions on the timing allowed for the event, money you needed to commit for the bar, food ,etc. I went to see Beau Rivage and when I walked upstairs I immediately knew that this was the place for us. It is an intimate setting for around 100 guests, and since we did not have a church down there, we decided to make the dance floor the ceremony room, and then took the chairs off the floor and turned it back into the dance floor for the reception. It turned out beautiful, and we couldn't have been more pleased with this venue! You have the whole floor to have the ceremony and the reception in one place so your guests don't have to leave. This is also a resort with rooms attached so you can stay there as well. Our guests came early and played golf, went to the pool and played tennis. The rooms are very nice and set up as suites with an additional room all facing the golf course. Bonnie was my contact at the resort and I visited there so many times before the wedding that we became friends. She and Chelsea are the contacts for weddings (Chelsea is the wedding planner). They are great to work with and go beyond to make everything special for your event. Get married at 6:00 and you may have time for some quick sunset shots on the driving range. A true gem of a place, especially if your guests are golf enthusiasts!

We stumbled upon Beau Rivage Golf Resort on a weekend trip to Wilmington. When we saw the outside of the building we were impressed with how grand it looked. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. Our room was the size of a suite complete with two double beds, large double sink bathroom, full bath, a living space and a balcony overlooking the golf course.

The staff were so helpful and friendly. During our visit the Owner Ellen gave us a tour of the banquet rooms and worked with us to meet our needs for our wedding. We rented the upstairs Sierra room for our Wedding speeches, first dance and champagne toast. On the day a bartender served all of our champagne and the room was perfect for our big day.

All of our guests stayed at Beau Rivage and the staff worked with us to accommodate all of their needs. All of our guests were able to join us for breakfast on the veranda which overlooks the golf course. Overall we had a great experience at Beau Rivage and would recommend it for a weekend trip or a big event.

I had the perfect wedding reception at Beau Rivage! The staff is delightful and the ground are beautiful. All of my guests had a wonderful time.

The Beau Rivage was great to work with. Our director left about a month before our event and it was a smooth transition with no problems. They had everything exactly as I imagined and the day was perfect.
