RENTAL PACKAGES

Full Rental Package Fee - $9000
1:00 p.m. Thursday to 10:00 a.m. the following Monday
Includes The Barn, The Estate, and The Cottage


Barn Rental Package Fee - $3,000 per 24-hour time period or $4000 for 48-hour time period
Also available for $375 per hour (4-hour minimum)
Includes The Barn and immediate surrounding grounds


Estate Rental Package Fee - $2,500 per day (24-hour time period)
Includes The Estate (sleeps 8), patios, immediate surrounding grounds


Cottage Rental Package Fee - $800 per day (24-hour time period)
Includes The Cottage (sleeps 4) and immediate surrounding grounds


Estate & Cottage Rental Package Fee - $3,000 per day (24-hour time period)
Includes The Estate, The Cottage, patios, and immediate
surrounding grounds



*If you are interested in renting the entire facility (Full Rental) fromThursday to Monday you can secure the property up to one year in advance. However anything less than the full rental can be secured up to three months in advance for events April thru October or six months in advance for events November thru March. Renters may place their name on a date to hold until they are able to sign their contract, and Partial Renters will have the first right of refusal if a Full Renter would like to take the weekend before the Partial Renter is able to sign their contract.
