Very awesome company to work with. Our driver, Chad, was amazing and very accommodating!

We hired them for our wedding in Lapeer & they were awesome! They stayed an extra half hour, which we were so grateful for. We did have a guest throw up, which we are so sorry for! But the party bus was the bomb! The inside was so cool looking & the sound system was really good. We all had a blast! Thank you so much!! Definitely recommend using them for any occasion. 😊

We used Mid-Michigan Limo for our wedding to take our wedding party from the church to Dow Gardens for photographs then to the H for the reception. Their driver was waiting for us with the AC running (July wedding) even though we got out of the church late due to all the photographs. We had no problems getting to our next photo stop. On our way to the reception, we had some extra time and wanted to enjoy our champagne and chocolates so we asked the driver to take the scenic route. He changed up the drive and got us to the reception on time giving us a short break to enjoy our limo and time with the wedding party.

We booked a party bus for our wedding party. The bus was very clean. It was newer and very nice. Our driver was very accommodating. I was thrilled with our service. Highly recommended.

We booked their party bus that they call Miami. Working with Kahleel was great. He was extremely responsive and was very good with explaining their fleet of party buses. He let us come and see the buses and helped us choose which one would work best for our needs. The day of the wedding, the bus was on time and clean. It was spacious and fit our needs very well which was important to me as I had a large dress and wanted to be able to sit and move around with ease. The coolers were packed with ice which was great so we could have cold drinks. The driver was also very professional and courteous. The only downside was the A/C was not working for some reason, and it was a hot day. The driver was very apologetic and tried his best to fix it. Without the A/C issue, the overall experience was great and super fun.

**UPDATE** The owner did give me a call after I left this review and made it right with us. She was pleasant and apologetic about our experience and said that is the not the standard they typically operate at.


We hired Mid Michigan Limousine for our wedding on May 18, 2024. Weeks leading up to the wedding I reached out just trying to confirm that we were all good to go. I called multiple times without anyone answering the phone or giving me a call back from my messages. After calling for over a week, someone finally answered the phone to tell me they have been meaning to call me to tell me the bus that we ordered hit a deer was out of service. Luckily, they did find us another service through Lighthouse Limousine and honored their pricing and booked us through the other company. If everything went smooth from here - I would have given this experience a 4 star rating as they acknowledged their bus was down and found us an alternative last minute - I wish they would have told us sooner and had better communication (answering phone calls, calling back), but it all seemed to work out - or so we thought.

On the day of our wedding, the bus from the company they hired out was supposed to pick up my husband and his groomsmen at 2PM and run until 1AM. With the bus nowhere to be found, he called the driver who texted us the night before their contact information to find out that the bus broke down in Lansing (1.5 hours away from our venue) and they had failed to inform us or provide us with alternative transportation. The driver then did arrive at our venue after that ceremony. We were thankful to still have transportation for the night. Our wedding night ended and we were ready to hop on the bus to go home and the driver then informed us that they were about to time out. I told the driver that we had their service scheduled until 1 AM (last shuttle to leave at midnight) and the driver said that they were done at midnight, very rudely and to just get on quickly so they could leave. We did end up getting a ride back but the entire bus was worried the whole ride home that the driver was just going to kick us off from the drivers comments and tone.

We called Mid Michigan Limousine the week after our wedding to inform them of the situation and they stated they had no idea that any of this occurred and would make it right for us. We are now a month past our wedding with no resolution, no refund check (which they told us was in the mail 3 weeks ago...) and no active follow-ups - I am having to call back every time to get any sort of update. I understand that this poor service the day-of was through a different company, but we booked through and paid Mid Michigan Limousine, if they are going to book our services through another company, they took the risk of the service received being reflected as their own and more importantly need to to own up to this and make things right to us.

I hope this review advises future potential customers to steer clear. Unfortunately, I also have to put here that hope this review receives some attention from ownership to call me back and resolve this as I am at a loss for what to do...

I never received communication about payments or confirmation, so I was unsure until the week of the wedding how much we owed them. We hired the bus from 4-5:30pm to pick us up from the ceremony location, take us to one additional location for pictures, and bring us to the reception location. The bus got stuck while driving back to the ceremony location. Granted, it was muddy after heavy rain the night before, but it could've easily been avoided. Once it finally reached us, the driver immediately asked me, the bride, for her check without even saying hello. I told her we had it ready at the reception location. She proceeded to ask about it two more times throughout the time that we were on the bus. And her driving was terrible. Like I said, it was muddy, but she took ridiculous measures to not get stuck. She drove very fast through a narrow slippery path and even drifted around a corner, almost hitting a tree and tossing us all around. While we were taking pictures at a second location, she told one of our friends multiple times that she needed to be paid more if we went past 5:30pm, which we didn't. I submitted a complaint about this, mostly her unsafe driving, and never heard a reply from the company.

Attempted to rent a limo from these guys and after taking all the info from my debit card, never charged me or would answer phone calls or emails. That's pretty shady and unprofessional. I don't trust people like that and had to cancel my card. Don't let these jokers ruin your event, call the professionals at Country Club Limousine 877-225-4661.

Cause a lot of stress on my wedding day!!!! They never showed up. Informed us at one hour to go the bus was broken!!!!
