This company was awesome to work with! We booked this company for our wedding, and we are happy with that decision. The reservation process was easy, our bus driver was timely and he laid down the red carpet for us, and we also got a gift too!!! Thanks Eric and The DPC staff.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! If I could would give 0 stars! Hired company for wedding day transportation. When the reservation was made I requested to NOT get the party bus with the stipper pole in it (didn't think it was appropriate for a wedding). Day of wedding board the bus to find out that they sent us the one bus I specifically asked not to get. On top of that whole situation the air conditioning on the bus did not work. (Yes it was a 100+ degree day, but a somewhat working ac should have cooled down the bus a little, instead of blowing out hot air). To try and cool everyone down we had to open the windows which fell out in our hand, to which the drive replied don't worry that happens all the time. After the wedding when I tried to reach out to them to discuss the situations that occurred, they started screening my calls. I had a worker actually say to me "oh this isn't the number you usually call from". Was told that we would get a partial refund for them not messing up in sending the incorrect bus, but we are almost a year out and have not received thing.

Please do not make the same mistake I did! Choose another company!

I wrote this same poor review for their Detroit venue entry, so please excuse any repetition. I want to do everything I can to protect others from this shady business. Do not hire them! We had a HORRIBLE experience with Eric Peeples and Detroit Party Coach (also known as Detroit Luxury Transportation). They did not show up to pick us up at our ceremony due to using the wrong address, and we needed to cram our wedding party and their guests into our photographer and wedding planner's tiny cars to get to our reception and to begin photos (it took several rounds to shuttle everyone to the right place, which was luckily close by). When Detroit Party Coach finally did show up at the right place they were unapologetic about being late. Later in the evening when it came time for a ride home, the "party bus" was more like a dingy airport shuttle. We never received the two complimentary bottles of champagne either. I am so disappointed in the service we received, and afterward, they refused to give us a partial refund for failing to render the contracted services in full. Eric even agreed to send us $225 back but then never did (classy!). We basically spent almost a thousand dollars for a single 10 mile ride home. Such a rip off. Save yourself the trouble on your wedding day and work with a reputable business.

Here's my advice... do not pick them.

On our perfect wedding day, this was the only blemish. Quite simply, he did not show up! Despite confirming the address several times and having a contract with the address, the owner drove to the wrong address and could not find us despite receiving extra directions and the name of the church. Apparently this company does not function using Google Maps??? Luckily, we had a great planner who piled us into her car and took us from the church to the venue.

After the whole debacle, the owner agreed to refund a portion of the money. We eventually had to take our claim to the bank because HE NEVER DID IT. This guy is a sneak and a scammer. Save yourself some time and aggravation and do not hire this guy.

I originally worked with Eric at Detroit Party Coach because a friend recommended them. After sending my deposit check in, I received no contact from the vendor for over two months despite calling and emailing a number of times. I was finally able to get in touch with Eric and let him know that because of the lack of contact we decided to go with another limo company and he promised to send back our deposit. It has been over two months and he has yet to send our money back. I wouldn't advise working with Detroit Party Coach.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! I reserved them in April for my August wedding, they didn't send me a contact until July after me having to threaten my lawyer on them to get it...and then when I got it , a week later I received 5 phone calls from them in a hour and a half while I was at work, AFTER I answered the call the first time and told him I would call bim back on my lunch. The 6th call I received from him I answered, to have him tell me that he needed my itinerary immediately for my wedding because he was under the assumption that my wedding was three weeks earlier than it was! I lost all confidence in them, cancelled my reservation HOW HIS contact stated to do, and STILL got another pbone call on the day of my wedding asking to confirm when and where he was going... These people do not have their stuff together! We ended up with Satisfaction Limousine and they were awesome, especially on 3 week notice!
