Compassionate and flexible work ethic

Paul worked with us as our plans changed the week of the event. He listened to the situation and provided alternative solutions and recommendations based upon his years in the business. Very easy to work with and would recommend him for those not sure what their needs are as he talks it out with you. Having never needed a limo service previously this was a seamless process. Would use his service again!

Beautiful experience!

Paul was so awesome and attentive to our request. He suggested places to go for pictures. The limo was so sharp and the driver provided excellent service! Our experience was amazing!

Limo World provided us with top of the line service! The drivers were the most professional in their attire as well as manners. They also were most flexible. They allowed us to break the service up and not have a car and driver just sitting around for 5 hours while we were at the reception. A separate vehicle came back to pick us up at the end of the evening. They even provided the red carpet service with sign and a bottle of champagne. Just what we wanted and it fit the budget and the cars were spotless. We couldn't ask for more. Great job!!

This limo buisness was amazing!!! They made everything feel like a fairy tale, signs, ballons, pom poms, and red carpet! The limo was beautiful and had everything, booming stereo, cool lights on the inside and very nice inside and out! There fleet of limo's was beautiful so clean and well kept, not kept outside but in a building. I would definaly recommend this place for anyone! My weddind was amazing because the limo was so cool everyone loved it and the driver was awesome! It looks great in my wedding photos and I would not replace it for the world. Trust me if u want quality limo's then go to limo world! And not only did Limo World have the cleanest and most beautiful limo's but they also hed the best price!!!! GO TO LIMO WORLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was not happy at all. I left an honest review and they had a lawyer threaten me.

The lawsuit claims civil violations including breach of contract, unfair and deceptive business practices, failing to fulfill refund requests, misrepresenting the scope and quality of work being offered, and misleading customers to believe they could not post negative reviews or file complaints.

“Michigan consumers have the right to freely, fairly, and publicly post reviews of goods and services they’ve purchased,” Nessel said in a statement. “Businesses in this state cannot insulate themselves from honest customer reviews by simply inserting deceptive language into their contracts.”
