The BEST team in the business
Michelle was the one with the artistic vision who did all the gorgeous design work. Let me tell you, this wasn’t just a few “vision board” photos. This was a 60+ page design document complete with suggestions for invitations to floral to drinks that matched! Then she and the team brought it to life.
The wedding itself was an absolutely dream, above and beyond what we’d hoped, but that also wasn’t a surprise because we’d known all along that we were in the best hands. Everyone commented on how relaxed I was on the day of the wedding, but that was because I trusted Heather and the team with 100% confidence and they did not disappoint. My mother-in-law now wants to be Heather’s assistant!
Boy are we going to miss working with this team.

They were true collaborators throughout the entire wedding planning process. We felt seen, heard, and honored. MLE uses software tools to keep track of everything and to anticipate and minimize surprises. They are high tech and high touch at the same time.
Heather could not have been more professional and gracious as she escorted us throughout the wedding planning process and on the wedding day. She was everywhere all at once, and always with a smile.
Michelle Cousins created and realized an elegant, beautiful vision for our daughter's wedding. She knows what works and what doesn't. She has a keen sense of aesthetics, flow, and how to create the consummate wedding experience.
