I don’t think 5 stars and a single review could begin to capture how INCREDIBLE the Michelle Leo team is. They are truly angels — with overwhelming talent and organizational skills. My husband teases me because my eyes lit up on our first call with Michelle the second she whipped out her color coded spreadsheet and started to explain her process. Boy did they not disappoint. I told so many people that I wished that Heather, our Executive Planner, planned more things in my life. Monthly calls with her for the two years leading up to the wedding were the highlight of the month. She could not have been more responsive or done a better job of keeping us on track. It was particularly reassuring to know that we were in good hands given that we were planning this wedding from afar. It was so helpful to have her team recommend pre-vetted vendors so all we needed to do was review their websites and have a quick chat (and of course we loved all their recommendations).
Michelle was the one with the artistic vision who did all the gorgeous design work. Let me tell you, this wasn’t just a few “vision board” photos. This was a 60+ page design document complete with suggestions for invitations to floral to drinks that matched! Then she and the team brought it to life.
The wedding itself was an absolutely dream, above and beyond what we’d hoped, but that also wasn’t a surprise because we’d known all along that we were in the best hands. Everyone commented on how relaxed I was on the day of the wedding, but that was because I trusted Heather and the team with 100% confidence and they did not disappoint. My mother-in-law now wants to be Heather’s assistant!
Boy are we going to miss working with this team. -

Michelle Leo Events is simply the BEST!
We were lucky enough to have the opportunity to work with Michelle Leo Events when planning our wedding in Park City, Utah and we truly can’t recommend MLE enough to anyone searching for the best wedding & event planning team in Utah. From the moment we began the planning process, Michelle, Kara and Krista were incredibly talented, attentive, organized, and genuinely invested in making our wedding weekend perfect (& stress-free)! Their attention to detail and expertise were evident in every aspect and their deep network of trusted vendors made all the difference. From our makeup/hair artists and florist to the photographer and band each vendor not only delivered top-tier service but also worked seamlessly together. They went above and beyond to make the planning process enjoyable, and our wedding dreams become a reality, far exceeding our expectations!
We could not be more appreciative and grateful for all this team did to bring our wedding vision to life in ways we never imagined possible! We can’t thank them enough or recommend them more highly! -

World Class Design, Planning, and Execution--A Wedding for the Ages!
Michelle Cousins and her MLE team, especially Heather Hull, are the best in the business for a reason--completely on their game and genius in their ability to create a vision and execute it flawlessly and with grace.
They were true collaborators throughout the entire wedding planning process. We felt seen, heard, and honored. MLE uses software tools to keep track of everything and to anticipate and minimize surprises. They are high tech and high touch at the same time.
Heather could not have been more professional and gracious as she escorted us throughout the wedding planning process and on the wedding day. She was everywhere all at once, and always with a smile.
Michelle Cousins created and realized an elegant, beautiful vision for our daughter's wedding. She knows what works and what doesn't. She has a keen sense of aesthetics, flow, and how to create the consummate wedding experience.
Overall, MLE has the design chops, brilliant visioning skills, and the team and resources to make a wedding dream come true. We wholeheartedly recommend MLE as a world class organization and would use them again for any and all events in the future. -

AMAZING wedding experience!!!
From the beginning, Elysha (our coordinator) was amazing. She was organized, told us what to expect, helped us set priorities, and started recommending vendors. If I was to plan my daughter's wedding again, I would use MLE again! They took all of the stress away from my daughter and me. The worst part of the experience...it is over. MLE created a dream for us that came true. I would tell anyone that asked that they should look no further for a coordinator than MLE. They are truly the best!!!! -

Michelle Leo Events, including her entire team...especially Elysha, was just fabulous. We had a Utah wedding, but live in Indiana....with a two year postponement because of Covid. You can just imagine how hard it was to plan and coordinate everything with us being on the other side of the country during a global pandemic. Elysha and the team at Michelle Leo were amazing to work with and took care of everything. Our day ended up being perfect. -

Michelle Leo and her team were far and away the best use of our wedding funds for our wedding last month. They were fantastic and worth every penny. Without them, it would have been a very stressful events. My fiancé and I were talking the week before the wedding and commented that it seemed we should be stressed and running around doing last minute things but they took care of it. Jillian even came to our house to pick up some photos that we had so we didn't have to worry about bringing them to the wedding the day of. Highly recommend! -

I live in California, but decided to get married in Deer Valley, UT. Our hotel gave us a list of planners and Michelle Leo Events stood out for good reason. I had the most amazing time planning my wedding with Michelle and Jillian. They were great at capturing my vision and accommodating all our requests. I am the owner of Firefly Events. A fellow wedding planning and design company. I've been planning weddings for over 11 years so my standards for wedding planning services are basically through the rough...
As a wedding planner, deciding who I was going to hire to help me and my (now) husband execute our own wedding was something I didn't take lightly. I made the decision to not have my own team coordinate the wedding because I wanted them to truly be able to enjoy the day as guests and I wanted to do the same! I wanted to be able to be fully present and not worry about a thing! If I'm being honest, I never really thought that would be possible, but Michelle and her team were so on top of things that I was able to 100% enjoy my wedding weekend from start to finish!
We worked with Mackenzie from the MLE team and she was AMAZING! She was so responsive and it was clear from day one that she had everything under control. She was also so kind and we could tell she genuinely loved her job! She is an A++ planner and an even better human. What more could you ask for!!
I can't tell you how much of a relief it was to know that we were in competent and caring hands. I can never say thank you enough to Mackenzie, Michelle, and the MLE team that helped to make our weekend one of the best weekends of our entire lives!
If you are thinking about hiring this crew DO IT!!!! You will not be disappointed!!

I cannot recommend Michelle Leo Events more. I worked with Michelle and Isabel and they were an incredible team! They're creative, responsive, organized, and great listeners. They were honestly my rocks throughout the whole process. I had been warned by so many people about how stressful planning a wedding is...that was simply not my experience at all with these two at the helm. They're so great at their jobs, they kept the ships running on time (and within budget), and they made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. The day of the wedding all of my family members were commenting on how amazing Isabel was at seamlessly keeping things on track all with a huge smile on her face. These ladies are the best in the business! There is a reason they have won a ridiculous number of awards :) -

Michelle has impeccable, classy taste. Her design input and expertise made my vision become reality. Everything went 100% perfectly, and it was even better than we could’ve imagined. So many people told us it was the most beautiful wedding they’ve ever been to.
I can’t rave enough about Michelle’s event coordinator Kate- she was beyond organized, professional, kept us sane and on time, always with a smile on her face. Not only during the wedding weekend but throughout the past year of planning. My family, bridesmaids and groomsmen also commented on how great she was.

Best in Utah -- from style to knowledge of vendors -- MLE and her team (Edward and Kate) made the process as easy as it could be. They took a vision and made it a reality! Good at working with a budget without compromising the vision. They went above and beyond to make sure our big day was magical. -
