I did a DIY planning workshop at the end of last year and it was so helpful! Amy gave me so much insight on what was a priority when starting to plan a wedding, and it has helped my wedding planning to go so smoothly. At the workshop, each bride was given a binder that has a wedding to-do checklist, a budget sheet, a list of recommended vendors, and other helpful tips. I continuously refer to this binder for guidance and have added to it as well. Amy is so sweet and helpful! Without her, I would not have been able to prepare for a wedding in just 5 months and find my amazing photographer! If you have the opportunity to do this workshop, I would highly recommend you do!

Oh my gosh, where do I begin? I hired the Michell Events team just for day-of coordination and I ended up getting so much more than that. Amy was kind and ON TOP of everything I needed from the moment I hired her several months out. She really did work with us way more than was her obligation as a day-of coordinator, and she was very responsive to emails and texts that I would send her at all hours of the day. What I especially love about Michell Events is that she doesn't nickel and dime you. Amy and her team were there for me the day-of, with anything I needed -- there was no limit to her service. Many other coordinators I spoke to (who were way more expensive by the way), had a very limited list of what they would do on the wedding day and anything else would cost money (like cake cutting or outside decorations for example). I hired Michell Events because they were willing to do it all -- at a much nicer price point. Amy is a sweetheart and was so kind to us no matter how stressful or demanding things got. (Even when our family members would go rogue and email her with demands!) Plus -- she also does flowers and they are just beautiful. Would absolutely hire again, and highly recommend!

I absolutely LOVED working with Amy! She was prompt, creative, professional, and truly made me feel like my wedding was the only one she was working on (though we all know that's the farthest from the truth!) I would recommend her 100% . She even accommodated a last minute order of rose petals for my flower girls :)
