Two thumbs way up!! We worked with Randy for all of our rings, in addition to the jewelry that I wore for the day of the wedding. He was able to keep everything within the budget that we wanted but also made sure we were getting good quality. I have to say I am extremely pleased with the way everything turned out. On a side note, the day before the wedding we were able to get a deep clean on my engagement ring which generally takes a day process, Michael's was able to have it completed within 5 hours.

We found Michael's on a fluke. We went to another store in Ahwatukee and they were closed so we decided to give them a try. WOW! We have found our jewelry store and our jewler (Chris Skowrow) for life! I have a passion for emeralds, and my husband is from Colombia, so we both wanted them integrated into my wedding band design. No one was able to accomodate us, until Michaels. They created a custom diamond and emerald band, specifically designed to go next to my engagement ring. They special ordered the emeralds, and they are of exceptional quality. I also found my husband's wedding present, an amazing watch with a face made of meteorite.
