My now wife and I, traveled all over the valley before discovering Robbins Brothers. We went to Tiffany & Co, Shane Co, House of Diamonds, The Diamond Guys, Helzberg Diamond, and Spence Diamonds. I can honestly say that none of these places offered what Robbins Brothers offered. Its safe to say I am very picky, but one thing that can always keep me coming back is the customer service. Robbins Brothers has the best team in my opinion and the leader of this team is Greg Hjartarson. Greg is easily the best salesmen we met during our ring shopping. He wasn't pushy, he doesn't try to upsell, he is extremely passionate about his job, and he is there to help in any way he can. I tested Greg on multiple occasions during the "Picking the Perfect Diamond Phase" and Greg was always himself, and he did everything he could to help me within my budget. After months of talking, and looking at diamonds with Greg, we wound up choosing the first diamond Greg showed us. Greg made the engagement ring shopping fun, educational, less stressful, and above all respectful. Anytime I go to have the rings cleaned, or am in the market for other jewelry, I always make sure Greg is available. It's safe to say that Greg isn't just our salesmen now, but he is our friend. We have also had work done with the onsite jeweler, and he is amazing at his job. He repaired some of my mother-in-law's jewelry, and it was like new. The bottom-line is if you are in the market for jewelry go to Robbins Brothers, ask for Greg, and you won't be disappointed.

LOVE LOVE LOVE - My husband purchased my engagement ring and wedding band from them. He was very impressed with the service and we decided to purchase his wedding band from them as well. We decided to customize his band as he did my ring and overall it was such a great experience for both of us. When we get them sized or cleaned its simple and easy. The staff has been nothing but helpful and the owner is so lovely. Highly recommend and so happy my husband found this little gem of a store.

My husband nailed it with the engagement ring! Robbins Brothers helped him over multiple days to pick out the perfect ring. They were very patient with him as he was nervous to pick a ring he thought I wouldn’t like. They have a gorgeous selection!

My (now) husband spent months working with Robbins to make my engagement ring perfect. The constant communication with the staff was amazing, their consistent willingness to change exactly what he wanted (even going so far as to send everything to their master jeweler in Manhattan to create) was like none other, and the wonderful reactions each time I come in to get it cleaned is so wonderful. This place is amazing and even though my ring was a custom piece, their selection is absolutely STUNNING and I would have loved anything they had.

Chevy at the Scottsdale location is amazing!!! She taught my husband and I everything about diamonds and truly listened to what was important to us. It never felt like she was trying to sell us anything. Chevy was always trying to find us the best deal and we will continue to shop with her!

We loved using Robbins Brothers. They were so helpful and accommodating. On our first visit we spent lots of time talking with the manager because she was out on the floor interacting with customers pretty much the entire time! My engagement ring was custom made but they were patient and helped me find the right fit for my band and our budget. They were all very nice throughout the process of purchasing no matter who we met with. They though we did not purchase my engagement ring or my husbands band there (his was a family heirloom) they took all our rings to get them wedding ready, and resized his and it cost us virtually nothing! So professional and kind! It was a fantastic experience from beginning to end!

Robbins Brothers is amazing! They have everything from designer to custom styles to for your personally. Their staff is knowledgeable and passionate about the couples they help. My husband found the perfect ring and I LOVE it! It perfectly represents our love. They are way to work with and happy to help you keep your ring looking as sparkly as the day your love popped the big question.

Could not be more pleased with the service and quality we received at Robbin's Brothers! the store is gorgeous, the staff is friendly, and my ring is one of a kind!!! they designed a custom wedding band for me to fit my engagement ring because the basket on it was so big for waaay less than the designer was willing to do and it looks AMAZING! they really know what they're doing! and they made the whole process relatively painless for my fiance!
