With the help of Oren and his team at the diamond vault my fiancé and I were able to design my custom engagement ring. I wanted a yellow diamond ring, and really loved a design I'd seen at Kwiat. My ring had a lot of unique qualities to it including the fact that we also include pink diamonds for the shank and halo set in rose gold and the yellow diamond set with yellow gold prongs on the ring. The work that the Diamond Vault did was outstanding. Their willingness to help me create my design and make it come to life exceeded my expectations. My ring turned out even better than I imagined and the company was great to work with! Plus not to mention we got a bigger center yellow diamond for our budget than anywhere else had in stock pieces. Thank you Diamond Vault! :)

Got my wedding band from Tiffany at the Scottsdale mall. Had great service as the ring I was interested in needed to be sent in from another store. Love my ring.

My now wife and I, traveled all over the valley before discovering Robbins Brothers. We went to Tiffany & Co, Shane Co, House of Diamonds, The Diamond Guys, Helzberg Diamond, and Spence Diamonds. I can honestly say that none of these places offered what Robbins Brothers offered. Its safe to say I am very picky, but one thing that can always keep me coming back is the customer service. Robbins Brothers has the best team in my opinion and the leader of this team is Greg Hjartarson. Greg is easily the best salesmen we met during our ring shopping. He wasn't pushy, he doesn't try to upsell, he is extremely passionate about his job, and he is there to help in any way he can. I tested Greg on multiple occasions during the "Picking the Perfect Diamond Phase" and Greg was always himself, and he did everything he could to help me within my budget. After months of talking, and looking at diamonds with Greg, we wound up choosing the first diamond Greg showed us. Greg made the engagement ring shopping fun, educational, less stressful, and above all respectful. Anytime I go to have the rings cleaned, or am in the market for other jewelry, I always make sure Greg is available. It's safe to say that Greg isn't just our salesmen now, but he is our friend. We have also had work done with the onsite jeweler, and he is amazing at his job. He repaired some of my mother-in-law's jewelry, and it was like new. I had the recent pleasure of working with Mr. Isaac as we worked to design a unique engagement ring for my now fiancé. He was mindful of my budget, never pushed for me to spend more than I wanted and never showed me a design outside of my budget just so I could see what “spending a little more can get me” like other places have been known to do. What made my experience with Mr. Isaac different than most was that our communication was done completely over the phone. I being located in Austin, TX and him being located in Scottsdale, AZ made us meeting in person inconvenient. When making what could arguably be the third biggest purchase of your life behind your car and your home you obviously want to work with someone you trust. From the moment we connected I never felt like he had anything but my best interest in mind. As you can tell from the photos he crafted an incredible ring for my fiancé at a price that was well below anything comparable. Frank has earned himself a life long customer!

My husband and I worked with The Diamond Guys and their staff for our engagement and wedding rings. They are extremely helpful, professional, and collaborative throughout the process and willing to help the couple find the perfect rings and diamonds for their taste. They talk you through everything there is to know about diamonds during the process so you can find exactly what you’re looking for and listen to what you do and don’t like along the way to tailor their suggestions. We are so pleased with the way our rings turned out, and could not be more happy and excited to wear them for the rest of our lives. They align with who we are as individuals and as a couple. My Fiance and I went to visit my cousins who live in the Phoenix area and my fiance left with my cousins husband to go and buy my engagement ring. The boys completely lied to us and did not tell us what they were doing. My fiance picked out my ring and then, with good suggestion, bought it when we came back to NY where we live, something to do with the tax. He bought it and they shipped it to my fiance and he kept this huge secret for 3 months before he popped the question. So we made another trip to Arizona a year later to buy our wedding bands. Now meeting Jason, one of the owners i think, helped us pick out our rings and he was wonderful. He gave us a deal because we were returning clients. He was wonderful and our rings are absolutely amazing!! And the quality is just amazing. When i went to get the rings appraised i was floored because they appraised it for much much more than my fiance paid!!

HAMRA's prices for men's wedding bands were fantastic. They have a great selection. I was looking for something different and had a tough time, until I walked into HAMRA. Jodi was a great sales person to work with. She took her time to show me a variety of styles and explained that I would customize finishes and other elements to make the ring more unique. It worked out great!
