I had the recent pleasure of working with Mr. Isaac as we worked to design a unique engagement ring for my now fiancé. He was mindful of my budget, never pushed for me to spend more than I wanted and never showed me a design outside of my budget just so I could see what “spending a little more can get me” like other places have been known to do. What made my experience with Mr. Isaac different than most was that our communication was done completely over the phone. I being located in Austin, TX and him being located in Scottsdale, AZ made us meeting in person inconvenient. When making what could arguably be the third biggest purchase of your life behind your car and your home you obviously want to work with someone you trust. From the moment we connected I never felt like he had anything but my best interest in mind. As you can tell from the photos he crafted an incredible ring for my fiancé at a price that was well below anything comparable. Frank has earned himself a life long customer!

Frank Isaac was recommended to my now husband for engagement ring shopping. I LOVE it and it was made just for me! I get many compliments on it and would highly recommend everyone to go there for theirs. My husband and I also picked out our wedding bands from his store and they took care of exact sizing and made adjustments if we needed. Each time I stop in to visit they make my ring sparkle again like new by the time I leave!

I had been to so many jewelry stores and was about to give up on finding a wedding ring when we met Greg at Isaac Jewelers. Somehow from my vague description of what I liked and didn't like, Greg was able to find me a ring that was what I never knew I always wanted (haha) and even customized it because I "wanted a ring that didn't look like anyone else's." He listened to every detail and I LOVE my ring- I get compliments everywhere I go! He was even able to make my husband a unique custom ring that was exactly what he wanted based only on a description and a cell phone picture! The customer service at Isaac's is incredible and the prices are definitely fair! Also, they have a really large selection of rings to choose from! I highly recommend them!

We had my engagement ring designed and made by Isaac Jewelers in Kierland. My ring is beautiful and Isaac did an amazing job. We went in and got sized and she told me I was a 4.75 which seemed really tight so decided to go the next size up to a 5. My ring was still way too tight (which shows how the lady sizing me didn't know what she was talking about). We spent a LOT of money getting the band made and when we went in to ask if we could get it bigger they said they wouldn't do it without charging us. Totally ridiculous.
