Getting engaged was one of the most special moments of my life, and Elite Jewelry was a big part of that moment. My fiancé and I never shopped for rings together, but he knew the style I favored. He worked with Elite for a few months (thank you for your patience!!) to find the perfect diamond. Elite and their incredibly talented jeweler custom made the most gorgeous, unique setting to set the diamond in and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. A friend of mine recommended Elite Jewelers to me when I mentioned I was looking at rings to propose to my girlfriend. He specifically recommended Abby. I immediately contacted Abby to schedule a time to come in. The day I scheduled, she actually couldn't be there, so she arranged for me to meet with her brother Justin. In all honesty I was a tad concerned she wouldn't be there because I was hoping for a girls insight, but that thought immediately went away once I met Justin. I arrived there with my soon to be step son and Justin couldn't have been more gracious with his time and insight. He was super personable, great with my step son, patient, had great recommendations, really listened to what I was looking for & most of all, he was not pushy. The way he conducted himself with us was like he was an immediate friend. Not once did I feel like he was strictly trying to make a sale or trying to sell me something I didn't want. We ultimately found a ring I really liked but asked for a day or two to think about it and he had no issues with me waiting.
After a few days I contacted both Abby and Justin and came in to purchased the ring. This time I dealt with Abby and she was fantastic! Like her brother (Justin), she was extremely personable. She made it seem like we had known each other for years. I asked her if I could briefly look over the options one last time, which she had no problem doing. She asked me a few questions, showed a final few options then I ultimately went with the ring Justin helped me find. The ring was most likely a half a size to big when I purchased it, but she said once I propose, if the ring is to big just to bring it back in and they'll resize it. Upon purchasing the ring, her father/owner of Elite Jewelers presented me with a gift bag containing champagne, thank you card and cleaning kit. He like Abby and Justin was super personable!
A month later I proposed to my girlfriend, she said YES! THANK YOU SO MUCH Abby, Justin & Elite Jewelers!!
