We cannot express enough how amazing our experience with Mia Eventos was for our destination wedding in Old San Juan, Puerto Rico. As a couple from Virginia, we were a little nervous about planning a wedding so far from home, but Tatiana and her incredible team made every step of the process seamless and stress-free! We chose the partial planning package, and from day one, Tatiana exceeded all expectations. Her communication was top-notch—she was always prompt and clear, which made planning from afar so much easier. We also loved the vendor recommendations she provided; each one was fantastic, and they all worked together beautifully to bring our vision to life. A moment that really stood out to us was when we had a travel delay the day of our trip to San Juan to do our menu tasting, venue walk through, design and decor appointment, and hair and makeup trial. I had a spray tan appointment booked the same day we planned to arrive in Old San Juan and needed to reschedule it at the last minute due to a flight delay. Tatiana went above and beyond to help me reschedule it and move my appointment around last minute —talk about a lifesaver! She also helped with so many little details on the wedding day, like picking up our stationary and even buying a stand for our Ketubah. She was by our side whenever we needed her, keeping everything on track and making sure we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. The price for her services was so reasonable considering the level of support we received. On the day of the wedding, I felt completely at ease—Tatiana was handling everything so I could be a calm and happy bride, and that was priceless. I honestly don’t know what we would have done without her. Her team that assisted us on the day of the wedding (particularly my bridal assistant) was so organized and on schedule which helped make the day our absolute dream! We literally interviewed one planner, and one planner only, and that was Tatiana. We knew right away that we would be in great hands and didn't even feel the need to interview anyone else. Tatiana is incredibly organized and has a great eye for detail. From start to finish, the entire process went so smoothly with her partnership in planning our wedding. We even ended up upgrading from the partial planning to the full planning service a few months after we booked, and that was one of the best decisions we ever made! We felt so taken care of on the day of the wedding. Her and her assistant really went above and beyond to make our wedding and every day leading up to it special. I met Tatiana through one of my bridesmaids, as Tatiana was her wedding planner back in 2019. After seeing the amazing job she did for my friend, I knew she was my number one choice for a wedding planner when it came time to plan my own wedding. We contracted her for full service destination planning and it was the best decision we ever made! She spent a year and a half in the planning process with us. Her local connections and vendor relationships are unparalleled. She was able to accomplish things for us that still leave me not only grateful but amazed. For example, she secured a historic Catholic Catedral for our ceremony and negotiated that we could bring in an Episcopal minister - the very first time in its history this has occurred! Through it all, she was friendly, professional, positive, calm, attentive, kind, caring, thoughtful, and considerate. If asked for her guidance, she always gave it honestly. She has the intuition to understand what couples want or need - and the tact to deliver it to them. She also has a very creative eye and was instrumental in curating our overall wedding vision. Beyond the planning and day of coordination for our wedding day, Tatiana also supported us for our rehearsal dinner, welcome party, and farewell brunch. We look back on all of these events with such joy, largely because of her. As any bride knows, there are always moments where things maybe don't go exactly as planned. In those moments, Tatiana rose to the occasion. Her temperament in these moments is unmatched. Lastly, we had a lot of additional details, props, and add-ons for each event on a scale that probably exceeds most weddings. Tatiana expertly handled all of these additional pieces - all on top of vendor logistics and everything else. To sum it up, we adore her!

Tatiana did such an amazing job as our wedding planner! From the moment I had that first call with her, I knew she was the perfect fit for us. She was always there to answer any questions I had and walked me through every step of the planning process.

This review is long overdue but Tatiana truly made our wedding day spectacular. We got married during the height of COVID when the restrictions were changing constantly, and Tatiana kept us abreast of everything and how it would impact our day (this was back when there was a curfew for events in PR!). She entertained ALL of my DIY quirks since I wanted to include a lot of handmade elements that I created with my family. I will always be grateful for her flexibility and making sure they were incorporated and beautifully captured in pictures. She is incredibly organized, detail oriented, has a great outlook and is dedicated to bringing to life what her couples have in mind. Don't hesitate - book her because she is the best!

We had an amazing experience with Tatiana. She felt like a friend throughout the process and her expertise was very valuable to us when it came to choosing our vendors. Tatiana is certainly the best there is! She helped us coordinate our wedding in only 8 months. The wedding was in Puerto Rico while we lived in Florida. The woman did everything super efficient. The week after we asked her to be our wedding coordinator, she started emailing venders to get their quotes. We choose our wedding cake, our flowers, our photographer thorugh email. And all of them turned out to be as amazing as her.

The day of the wedding was flawless. If something happened, nobody noticed. It really was a joy to have her on our side the whole day. She guided us every single step of the way and I am eternally grateful for her. Because of her, our wedding day was the best day of our lives.
