Exceeded our expectations!
My wife found Tatiana for our wedding, and we couldn’t have been more pleased with her. We’re very thankful and appreciative for all of her help.
As we are on the mainland and were doing a destination wedding at the beautiful Hacienda Siesta Alegre, Tatiana’s efforts put any and all of our planning process concerns at ease. She made doing a destination wedding stress free and run smoothly and efficiently.
Tatiana worked with us every step of the way. She was thorough with her questions, processes, and explanations. Her diligence and organization kept us on schedule and on budget. From the food to florists, she made excellent creative suggestions and solutions to help us reach our vision of our wedding. Making it such a memorable day for us and our guests. She is truly a gifted professional.

We literally interviewed one planner, and one planner only, and that was Tatiana. We knew right away that we would be in great hands and didn't even feel the need to interview anyone else. Tatiana is incredibly organized and has a great eye for detail. From start to finish, the entire process went so smoothly with her partnership in planning our wedding. We even ended up upgrading from the partial planning to the full planning service a few months after we booked, and that was one of the best decisions we ever made! We felt so taken care of on the day of the wedding. Her and her assistant really went above and beyond to make our wedding and every day leading up to it special. If you're even thinking about it, just book with her, you won't regret it. -

I met Tatiana through one of my bridesmaids, as Tatiana was her wedding planner back in 2019. After seeing the amazing job she did for my friend, I knew she was my number one choice for a wedding planner when it came time to plan my own wedding. We contracted her for full service destination planning and it was the best decision we ever made! She spent a year and a half in the planning process with us. Her local connections and vendor relationships are unparalleled. She was able to accomplish things for us that still leave me not only grateful but amazed. For example, she secured a historic Catholic Catedral for our ceremony and negotiated that we could bring in an Episcopal minister - the very first time in its history this has occurred! Through it all, she was friendly, professional, positive, calm, attentive, kind, caring, thoughtful, and considerate. If asked for her guidance, she always gave it honestly. She has the intuition to understand what couples want or need - and the tact to deliver it to them. She also has a very creative eye and was instrumental in curating our overall wedding vision. Beyond the planning and day of coordination for our wedding day, Tatiana also supported us for our rehearsal dinner, welcome party, and farewell brunch. We look back on all of these events with such joy, largely because of her. As any bride knows, there are always moments where things maybe don't go exactly as planned. In those moments, Tatiana rose to the occasion. Her temperament in these moments is unmatched. Lastly, we had a lot of additional details, props, and add-ons for each event on a scale that probably exceeds most weddings. Tatiana expertly handled all of these additional pieces - all on top of vendor logistics and everything else. To sum it up, we adore her! -

Tatiana did such an amazing job as our wedding planner! From the moment I had that first call with her, I knew she was the perfect fit for us. She was always there to answer any questions I had and walked me through every step of the planning process.
What really impressed me about Tatiana was her ability to always have a plan B. Despite the unexpected rain on our wedding day, she managed to create a beautiful setting and kept me calm throughout the entire ordeal. Her professionalism and ability to handle challenging situations with ease is truly commendable.
Working with Tatiana was an absolute delight. She was transparent, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. Her attention to detail and organizational skills were evident in every aspect of our wedding. I felt involved and confident in every decision because she made sure to keep me in the loop.

We simply could not have pulled off our wedding without Tatiana. She kept us on schedule, on budget, and gave us fantastic advice and support whenever we needed it. Whether it be finding a fantastic dairy free wedding cake, coordinating with hotels, or thinking through and managing all the details of our wedding ceremony, Tatiana handled everything in a very professional manner. Our guests were raving about what a great time they had, the fantastic atmosphere, and the smooth flow of all the wedding day events. Incredible!
Tatiana is certainly the best there is! She helped us coordinate our wedding in only 8 months. The wedding was in Puerto Rico while we lived in Florida. The woman did everything super efficient. The week after we asked her to be our wedding coordinator, she started emailing venders to get their quotes. We choose our wedding cake, our flowers, our photographer thorugh email. And all of them turned out to be as amazing as her.
The day of the wedding was flawless. If something happened, nobody noticed. It really was a joy to have her on our side the whole day. She guided us every single step of the way and I am eternally grateful for her. Because of her, our wedding day was the best day of our lives. -

Tatiana and her team are really the best! Do not entrust your day with anyone else. In addition to being incredibly responsive, she is very detail oriented. I used her for the partial coordination package and was above and beyond impressed with her level of customer service, commitment to bringing our special day to life, and being flexible as plans changed due to Covid restrictions, headcount, last minute seating changes etc.
Our day would not have been possible without her and I am truly grateful for her professionalism and vendor recommendations. -

Tatiana was so amazing, I don't think we could of planned our wedding without her. With COVID, there were always changes to what we could and couldn't do and she kept us aware and updated on everything. She was always very professional, organized, and was there for whatever we needed. Our wedding exceeded our expectations. It wasn't an ideal situation because of the pandemic but she made it work. We would 100% recommend her to anyone planning a destination wedding in PR. She is the best! -

I wanted to hire Tatiana since the first time we spoke on the phone. She is extremely professional, organized, responsive .... simply AMAZING!! Tatiana took the time to learn more about our vision, guided us through the entire process, helped us to stay on our budget, and suggested high quality vendors according to our style. Not only was there not a single detail that she forgot, but Tatiana also gave us so many great suggestions to have a perfect venue. She was always willing to meet or speak on the phone, something that I really appreciate as I was not living in Puerto Rico when planning the wedding. On the day of the wedding, she and her team at MiaEventos made sure everything ran as planned, they were on top of every detail. I still remember some family members asking me why I was so relax that morning to what I answered, SIMPLY BECAUSE I HAVE TATIANA! Truly a blessing to have her!!! You will definitely not regret it!

Planning for a destination wedding on Puerto Rico was intimidating. But after we hired Tatiana as our wedding planner, we felt a lot more confident in our decision. Her and her team provided us with top notch vendor lists and helped us pick the perfect ones for our vision. It’s scary to trust someone to plan your perfect day but Tatiana couldn’t have impressed us more. She even helped us through the marriage license application, and the perfect welcome party to kick off our weekend! On wedding day, everything fell perfectly into place, exactly as we envisioned it. Multiple family members and friends reached out to us to tell us how awesome and on point Tatiana was throughout the day. She kept everything on schedule and didn’t miss a beat. It’s honestly unbelievable how everything came together, there is nothing more we could’ve asked for. We are beyond grateful for all of the time and effort Tatiana and her team put into the best day of our lives. Saying thank you is not enough! Absolute BEST destination wedding planner!
We were referred by our best friends who utilized Tatiana and her team for their wedding in Puerto Rico in 2019, and we could not be more pleased with everything! Tatiana and her team were phenomenal with executing our wedding flawlessly. We had a fun/rowdy bridal party and being a destination wedding, Tatiana was able to manage everyone with ease and coordinate with all vendors, guests and staff. She was always willing to hop on a phone call to discuss plans. Before we decided to get married in Puerto Rico, Tatiana called us to learn more about what we our vision was for our wedding. This was so helpful to guide us to the perfect venue for us, it's almost like she knew before we did. Tatiana created the wedding of our dreams. I cannot even begin to explain how we could NEVER have done this wedding without Tatiana and her amazing team! She is so professional, organized, knowledgable, reliable, passionate, personable, detailed, and absolutely fabulous. We had a destination wedding in San Juan, Puerto Rico at La Concha Hotel and hired Tatiana right from the beginning for the full service destination package. She immediately started the planning process in an organized and timely manner. She helped me stay on budget and let me know what we would focus on next. Her design style is second to none, she is able to execute your vision perfectly. She was able to match vendors with us that matched our style and personalities. She was flawless from the time I hired her, but what really makes her stand out to my family is what happened a week before our wedding. We had our wedding on January 12, 2020 when the island was having earthquakes. We were nervous to say the least! But Tatiana immediately informed us of the status of the venue and vendors and had a plan B in place if needed. My mom has said numerous times she is worth every single penny if only for her work during the last week. She was able to help my mom and I feel confident and stress-free in our destination wedding. From the moment I arrived in San Juan it was pure vacation! Tatiana and her team take care of everything! She was able to conduct a very thorough and informative ceremony rehearsal, which my family very much appreciated. On the day of the wedding she made sure I was not worried about anything, discussed the option of plan B for a beautiful inside ceremony due to rain, coordinated with the vendors, and most importantly made sure Jose & I ate and had fun! Please hire Tatiana for your wedding! You will not regret it! She will make your wedding experience 1,000 times better! Our guests have said this is the best wedding they've ever been to! Having Tatiana help us plan and coordinate our wedding was truly a blessing. We had a destination wedding and the logistics where way more complicated than I anticipated. Thankfully as soon as we hired Tatiana, she gracefully took over and our stress decreased by 100%!! There is not one detail that she hadn’t thought of ahead of time. Very organized and kept us up to speed during every step. She was also extremely responsive to my many emails and texts. Truly a blessing to have her. Tatiana is extremely professional, and takes you through every step of the planning process for a seamless experience, even when the planning time was only four months. Not only does she match possible quality vendors to your budget and personality, but she also provides her input in the overall look-and-feel of your wedding so that when it all comes together it is beyond your expectations. On wedding day I didn’t have to worry about ANYTHING, other than relaxing and getting ready for the day. Tatiana at Mia Eventos did an absolutely incredible job coordinating our full wedding weekend (Welcome Cocktail, Rehearsal Dinner, Ceremony, Reception). She is professional, organized, responsive, has excellent communication skills (English and Spanish) and grace under pressure. Our photographer (whom we had secured months in advance) unexpectedly pulled out a few days before our wedding, and Tatiana provided us several replacement options within only 24 hours (and the person we ended up choosing did an outstanding job!). Tatiana at Mia Eventos is very well-connected within the wedding industry, and we were happy to find out she'd already worked with all of our wedding vendors (Venue/Caterer, Band, Ceremony Musicians, Photographer, Videographer, Florist, Transportation) at previous weddings she'd coordinated. She was always calm, cool and collected, and provided clear and concise instructions to the wedding vendors. Leading up to our wedding day, we had several status meetings with Tatiana (at her request) to ensure everything went smooth the day of the wedding. Tatiana and her team at Mia Eventos are a well-oiled machine, and our wedding was an incredible success thanks to her! I highly recommend Tatiana at Mia Eventos for all of your wedding planning needs. -

Tatiana was absolutely amazing!
Tatiana is so organized! She was there with us every step of the way! The vendors she helped us choose were fabulous! She kept us updated regularly and worked very well with our daughter, the bride to be. The spreadsheet of our budget was perfect and kept us all in target. On the day of the wedding she was there getting us through every step in a timely manner so more time on the dance floor! Overall absolutely perfect!! -

Ashley Sent on 06/16/2018Tatiana was the first wedding planner we contacted. During our first meeting, we connected so well and I knew that she was the one!! Planning a wedding is not as easy as it looks but Tatiana made the whole process a fun and easy going one. She is very professional, organized, she listens to all your ideas and if you are a bit confused about making any decision she will be there to guide you and give you any recommendation you need at the moment. After hurricane Maria, Tatiana was in contact with us all the time. We had to make a few changes to our plans like dates, location and vendors, still, she made sure that all the changes were within our budget and that we could have the day we dreamed of.
The wedding day was simply perfect and it was all possible thanks to Tatiana and her team. During that day everything ran on time. Her organization is amazing!! Our wedding was a dream come true. Family members that came all the way from Pakistan and so many of our guests were impressed by how nice the venue looked and how organized was everything. The vendors recommended by her did an amazing job as well.
Words can't express how grateful we are for the job Tatiana did. If you want a stress free wedding where you get to enjoy your night and don't get to worry about anything Tatiana is the one!! She is simply the best!! Thanks for making our dream come true, for your patience and for making me feel like I was planning this whole thing not just with a wedding planner but also a friend.

The day I met Tatiana, I knew I was going to be in good hands. She knew exactly what I wanted even when I didn't know how to explain it! We’ve been in contact since 2017 so we went through hurricane María and we were about to cancel our wedding. Tatiana helped us every step of the way, communicating as much as she could even when the whole island was having a hard time with communication. We decided not to cancel our wedding, and Tatiana worked so hard to make everything work out for us. All of the vendors she recommended did an amazing job the day of our wedding and my husband and I will forever be grateful for making my wedding a super special day for us and all our friends and family. -

We don't have enough words to describe how happy we are with Tatiana's job. My husband and I were born and raised in Puerto Rico, but are currently leaving in Seattle, finding a good affordable wedding coordinator was very important for us. I called a couple of wedding coordinators and Tatiana was the only one that actually showed us details of her work, we even got to see her in action before we hired her. All the vendors Tatiana recommended were absolutely amazing and professional, she works with a variety of vendors based on what the couple likes and the budget. We have some close friends that are music professionals, Tatiana without hesitation supported us in using our friends for the music even though they were not part of her vendor list. She went far and beyond on making new relationships with our closed friends and ensure they felt part of the "Wedding Vendors Dream Team".
Budget plays a huge part on a wedding. I learned that every coordinator can work with a big budget, but it takes the best coordinator to work with a limited budget and still exceed all customer requests. Tatiana is great working with the couples budget and finding the right vendors. She will inly recommend vendors that meet the couples need inside their budget. We definitely couldn't make this happen without her.
The day of the wedding went stressless for us. Tatiana arrived very early to the hotel and was sure that my husband and myself were calmed and let us know that everything was just going great. Everything that day was amazing! If something happened, well Tatiana covered pretty well because all I know is that our day was perfect! From talking with my bridesmaid to be sure I had no stress, taking my shoes off, cleaning my feet after beach pictures, ensuring all attendees were having a great time and amazing wedding speaker...MIA EVENTOS IS THE ONE!

I decided to plan my destination wedding myself but hired her on as a day of coordinator to make sure the day ran smoothly and stress free and that was exactly the service I received. She was a great partner from beginning to end. She checked in and emailed me regularly before the wedding to make sure I had everything in order for the big day (payment deadline checklist, verification on list of vendors and contacts, etc) to the actual day of the wedding where she came in to check in on me took the lead on everything else from the ceremony to the reception. I wasn't stressed at all because Tatiana took care of everything and if she had any questions she sent a quick text for my ok and took care of the rest. Tatiana and her assistant were awesome and you would be a fool if you didn't consider Mia Eventos to help plan and coordinate for your big day! -

Tatiana was a great wedding planner! We worked together for over a year planning the perfect wedding date and she was vital to every step. She was there with a positive attitude and professional all the time. She gave us support and peace of mind when thing where not going as planned due to covid.
She is diligent, hard working, and trustworthy. Me and my now husband have very demanding jobs and barely any time to plan our wedding so it was important for us we had a wedding planner that would be a self starter and make the process smooth for us. Tatiana did exactly that.
We couldn’t have done it without her. If you don't hire her to plan your wedding you are missing out! -

Courtney Sent on 04/16/2017I want to start my review by saying that once I had decided I wanted to get married in Puerto Rico, I called several wedding planners in the area (many who were highly rated) and I did not get timely responses from anyone except Tatiana at Mia Eventos. So of course, I chose her to help me plan my wedding. Tatiana is a lifesaver. I don't know a thing about planning a wedding, yet I had a ton of ideas and I was doing it alone. Tatiana stepped in and listened to all of my ideas and concerns and made my planning process almost stress free! She brought to life everything I had envisioned. She went above and beyond in doing things to ensure my day went as smooth as possible. She was always realistic and transparent which is very important for me since I was planning the most important day everall the way from Houston, Texas. All of the vendors she suggested were incredible. I must also add that her level of professionalism exceeded my expectations. I will be recommending Mia Eventos to anyone getting married in Puerto Rico. She was the best!
