I am from out of state and had a wedding in FL. I was looking for somebody knowledgeable of the area with great communication and that is exactly what I got from Melinda. She was very responsive and always so helpful. She was very personable and flexible with me which made the process so much easier and relaxing. She thought of everything that would be needed for the wedding day and I went in with great confidence. My wedding day went so smoothly and she was so organized, I even got comments from the guests on how smooth everything went. I would 100% recommend Melinda to anybody needing her services.

Melinda was incredibly easy to work with, responsive and professional. She made our wedding day flow seamlessly (despite the weather), and took care of coordinating all vendors… We did not have to worry about a thing! If there’s one thing I would highly recommend, it would be to use Melinda as your day of coordinator! We could not have done it without her!!

Besides my husband, Melinda is the reason my wedding day was the best day of my entire life. This woman is an absolute saint, and she knows the wedding industry like the back of her hand. I opted for her day-of coordination package, but it was so much more than her just showing up on the wedding day. She gave me incredible vendor recommendations, talked me off the ledge during wedding planning meltdowns, kept everything on track both prior to the wedding and the day of, and basically waited on me hand and foot during my reception. She even had her handy dandy sewing kit to help sew the hook closure back on my dress when it broke LITERALLY 5 minutes before walking down the aisle. She was like my wedding fairy godmother. Five stars are not nearly enough to convey how amazing she is, and I cannot recommend her enough!!

Hands down, hiring Melinda was the best decision we made for our wedding. We (and our families) were totally relaxed on our wedding day thanks to Melinda's hard work. We couldn't have done it without her. She had every detail covered and everything ran so smoothly day-of that we were actually ahead of schedule for our photographer! We really appreciated her flexibility with some last minute changes we had to make and she made it seems like it was easy (which I'm sure it's really not). I really can't recommend her highly enough!

I know it sounds cliche, but I had ZERO stress on my wedding day! Planning a wedding during COVID plus from another state, it was stressful! But, I was able to meet up with Melinda a few months prior to the big day and she was so thorough with getting the vision for my big day! No detail was overlooked when it came to the big day. I seriously had no moments of worrying about any details! Heck.. I even texted her to see if things were going fine (such a type A), but everything was handled perfectly. I was truly able to enjoy the full day with no worries! I can't thank her enough :)

Melinda is absolutely amazing at what she does! We had to pivot from a big, tropical wedding on the beach to a small, intimate garden wedding within two months, (plus the hurricanes to deal with!) and there was no way we could have done it without her. Everything turned out wonderful. We received so many compliments on how everything looked and turned out. Melinda already knew our vendors which made it so easy, and she had vendors ready to recommend (who were also amazing) when we had to change our plans.
