We hired Kelly from Make My Day Special as our wedding day-of coordinator, and we give her our highest recommendation. We got married on 3/28/2022 and she saved the day multiple times. I can't imagine what we would have done without her. She notified all my vendors when last minute changes needed to be made to the guest list and timeline, she hand delivered my bouquet when my floral team forgot to, and when our DJ fell through on the day of the wedding, she found us a replacement DJ at a moment's notice and ensured we had seamless DJ services for the entire wedding. Kelly is amazing!!! I cannot believe how smooth and stress free our wedding was! Kelly is a master of her job and eased any of my worries instantly. I was blown away by the decor of the outside and inside. We planned and went over ideas And even saw some of the decor but to actually see it all come together the day of the wedding was awesome! She set up such a special memorial for my dad on the beach using his surfboard. Meant so much to me.
She is so organized and kept me on track. It was especially helpful having a wedding planner since I don’t live in the same city as venue. I would highly recommend hiring Kelly!! Kelly is an awesome wedding planner. She is so incredibly organized and truly cares about what you want on your wedding day. She is always available for a phone call when making those many small decisions of your big day and provides numerous options and ideas for all facets of the wedding day. Kelly is not only an amazing wedding planner but just the most sweetest person you will meet in this process. I was mostly sad that our big day was over because I did not get to see Kelly as much or talk to her as much, as she had become such a sweet friend to my mother and I! I had numerous comments after our big day saying it was the most smooth going wedding and most organized wedding they had ever been to. I can not say enough about Kelly’s services. She is the ultimate professional. I hired her for month of services mainly because once I found her I had most all my vendors lined up. Had I known what I know now, she would be my first contract signed. She went above and beyond especially when we had to move venues after Hurricane Michael. Every thing I wanted she made happen even when I asked for a different venue set up than had been done before. She made the experience so much less stressful than I heard other brides describe. Every vendor we used who worked with her for the first time was truly impressed by her professionalism and attention to detail.
