Starting off my photography career with my first wedding in high school, I knew I had found my passion. I grew up with a father that worked as a wedding photographer for the Syracuse area in the early 2000’s. So my whole life, in some way or another, has been involved with photography.
Working along side my dad since 2013, I have worked over 100 weddings in my career to date. Now I am starting my photography journey on my own since my dad is retiring from the business.
Melanie is my daughter and before helping her with weddings, I had my own business 'Basile's Framed for You Photography'. Even before that I worked doing over 60 weddings a year with Fragola's Photography in the early 2000's. I started working weddings in the 70's and have well over 500 weddings of experience all resulting in happy couples.
Starting in 2020 with assisting Melanie with weddings, family and senior sessions. Has background in concert/night photography and video. Cody has been dabling in wedding videography and hopes to make it a part of new Melanie Jo packaging.
