MAYFIELD STRINGS is a wedding and special event musical ensemble in Hoffmeister, New York. They will bring a touch of elegance to any event with string ensembles that specialize in classical and contemporary music. From solo cello to duo combos (including cello & guitar and 2 cellists) to a string trio or full string quartet, Mayfield Strings can provide your wedding or special event with an ensemble that matches your vibe and enhances the ambiance of your event.

Operating for almost two decades, Mayfield Strings puts expertise and attentiveness into each client relationship. Manager and cellist Tara works closely with each client to curate and organize all the musical details and ensure a smooth flow at the event.

Our repertoire spans genres of classical, pop, rock, standards, jazz, folk, film, and more! Our library is ever-expanding, and we are happy to learn new songs and take on special requests. Along with instrumental arrangements, our duo options (cello and guitar and 2 cellists) can offer vocals to the ensemble, as well!

Mayfield Strings currently serves the Adirondacks, the Capitol District Region, and the New York City Tri-State Area. Previously serving Northeast Ohio and New York City, we are excited about our expansion into beautiful upstate NY!
