Tucker James Callander is the leader/owner of Bluebird Strings and is a classically trained violinist based in Clifton Park, New York, who performs at weddings and events. Tucker began playing the violin at the age of 5 and started performing when he was 10 years old. He earned a degree in Classical Violin Performance from Syracuse University. An experienced and adaptable musician who can read music and improvise, Tucker has played for a number of sold-out venues and events in the upstate NY region, including Turning Stone, Times Union Center, the SPAC Jazz Fest, Country Fest, and Cafe Lena. He has gotten to share the stage with artists like Josh Groban, Darius Ruckers and The Transiberian Orchestra.
