Matthew Feldman Gallery is one of those rare stores where you walk in and covet everything. Not a jewelry store in the classic sense, but a meticulously curated jewelry gallery. If you are looking for hundreds of diamond engagement rings to choose from - this is probably not the place you should go, but if you are looking to find a unique piece of jewelry to represent your new union, perhaps you should check him out.
We ended up at Matthew's because his shop sold the work of a particular artist my husband I were interested in for our wedding bands (Wes Glebe). Matthew had a great selection of this and other artists' work; however, we were also blown away by Matthew's work which is incredibly beautiful and would be perfect for anyone seeking a sort of industrial, architectural aesthetic for their wedding jewelry.
Matthew Feldman is also a delightful human being; knowledgable and passionate about his craft with a sharp sense of humour. When we finally picked up my husband's ring it was bittersweet as we realized we wouldn't have a reason anytime soon to come back. Thank god for anniversaries.
