We absolutely LOVED working with Colleen and Doug from Match Made Studios! Colleen is so incredibly easy to work with. She is professional, detail-oriented, responsive, fun, and a true expert at her craft. At our engagement session (included with the wedding package!!) and on our wedding day, Colleen made us both feel so comfortable and at ease. She found the best locations to photograph us and coached us through lots of different poses that were natural and accurately reflected us as a couple. She captured our love perfectly and we've had so much fun looking back at all of the beautiful pictures. We plan to hire Colleen for all of our future family photography needs- she's incredible!!

We hired Colleen by a recommendation from my now SIL. Colleen photographed our engagement session and wedding. One of my best friends booked her from our recommendations. Where do I begin about Colleen. First off she is friendly, professional and willing to get dirty for the perfect shot. She is photographer turned friend. Our engagement pictures are everything I hoped for. Colleen and her second shooter got the family pictures and bridal party pictures done with precision and speed ( I have a large family and a step family as well, lots of switching people around). I spoke in length with Colleen a couple days before the big day and she made me feel completely at ease. Being the bride and groom, you get pulled in a million directions but I knew I could count on her to get all the shots I wanted. I feel like I am not the most photogenic person but she made me feel beautiful. She also gives you a sneak peek before getting all the pictures back quickly. She is so professional but also down to Earth and very easy to work with. She made us feel so comfortable and the pictures she captured of us were PHENOMENAL! Colleen is a truly talented photographer and her passion for her work shines through in every photo she takes. I have known Colleen for a long time and when I got engaged and began looking for photographers, I knew I wanted to meet with her and chat about using her services - it was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding. Not only is she talented, but she is friendly, down to earth, and easy to work with. We did engagement photos in October and they were amazing. Like many people, I wasn't sure how I'd feel being photographed, but her personality and suggestions make it so fun and you forget she's even taking photos; she's able to capture the non-posed, candid moments so easily because you get lost in the moment with your significant other. To me, those photos are the best! She has a great sense of humor that makes you feel at ease within just a few minutes of starting. When our wedding plans got squashed due to COVID-19, and we opted to have a backyard wedding and still utilize her services, as we still wanted beautiful wedding photos. Things seemed to change week to week, and she was super responsive via email and we even had a few phone calls to discuss things when the date got closer. I felt very stressed leading up to this as it was months of unknowns and she really helped allay my fears - before the big day, I ran my timeline by her to see if it made sense, since we did not have a professional venue coordinator running the show. She walked through the timeline to gether and she made sure she had ample time for photos. The day of, I was feeling a little anxious as well (who doesn’t?!), and when Colleen arrived, a lot of my anxiety melted away and I felt as though I was in good hands. She began taking photos and the flow of events went perfectly! We went to a place off-site nearby to take photos, and even though it was an very cloudy day with rain threatening at any minute, she found gorgeous backdrops for our photos and got creative utilizing the scenery. Originally, these photos would have been on a beach, so this was so special to me we were still able to get gorgeous bride and groom photos. All the important moments were captured during our reception, and the dancing photos really captured the atmosphere and happiness of the entire day. Overall, you want a photographer like Colleen for your wedding; not only are the pictures one of a kind and stunningly beautiful, she is an all around awesome person to work with. She truly makes you feel like you are her only client which says a lot! I highly recommend her for any type of wedding.

Colleen truly exceeded all of our expectations! She clearly puts time and attention into getting to know the people she works with, which makes the entire process so much more comfortable and leads to incredible, truly personal photographs. We met in person and within minutes I knew we should book her. She had examples for me to look over, was out-going and personable, but also very professional, and seemed genuinely happy to answer all of my questions. She even recommended other vendors after discussing who we had booked and what we were still looking for. Our engagement session was a great way to get to know each other better and definitely made my husband and I feel more comfortable about the big day. At our wedding we did not do a first look and did not have a gap between the ceremony and cocktail hour, so I was concerned about getting all of the photos we wanted. Colleen talked us through the timeline and assured us that she could make it work, and she did! We fit everything in without feeling rushed. We are beyond thrilled with both our engagement and wedding photos, and truly enjoyed having Colleen there as part of our wedding day. Somer joined us as Colleen’s second photographer and was wonderful as well. She even helped carry my dress (and snacks!) into the room where we took our getting ready photos. They worked together seamlessly. The pictures speak for themselves; they are stunning. The care that Colleen takes to capture the clients’ personalities and the feel of the wedding shines through. If we ever decide to take professional photographs again, we will go to Colleen. We highly recommend her to anyone!

Colleen is the best vendor you can book for your wedding. She’s affordable, flexible, amazingly talented, incredibly fun and sweet, and will provide gorgeous photos. But more than that, she takes the time to get to know you. She is insanely creative and will make sure she not only gets all the shots you are looking for, but will get shots you didn’t even know you wanted. Silhouettes, reflections, nighttime photos, the list goes on. Her photos are truly works of art. I also have no clue how she managed to get amazing photos of 9 bridesmaids and 8 groomsmen, as well as my 100+ person family, but she did. Plus she is very responsive and timely, and just all around a wonderful person to work with. Trust me, book her.

Colleen is amazing! She is so professional and takes so much pride in her work. I got married at the New England Aquarium a little over a week ago and had to contact Colleen with a list of photography restrictions. Since the animals are number 1 when it comes to the venue, Colleen had the challenge of only being permitted to use certain equipment inside, which unfortunately did not include a flash. This was not a problem for Colleen, she thought outside of the box and did not just take our picture, but created some true works of art!
