Dave and his staff were the true stars of this service. They accommodated non traditional wedding food (Thai and Tex-Mex) and everyone (including some of the pickier eaters in the family) commented on how good the food was. Although food is the most important aspect in assessing a catering service, the human element of Maryland Country Caterers was also world class. At no point before or during the wedding did we feel we were being nickeled and dimed and the staff felt like true partners in creating the menu we wanted for our wedding. Dave always took our wishes into account and advised us on any changes he would make based on his many years of experience. We wanted to cater a few dishes from our favorite Thai restaurant and he was able to accommodate the other vendor seamlessly. Dave said they pride themselves on never having lines at the bar and they delivered on that promise for our almost 200 person wedding. MD Country helped us truly bring our vision to life.Maryland Country Caterers, Inc's reply:

The food for our wedding far exceeded our expectations as well as the service. We had several guests rave about the food and service provided by MCC. The food was delicious and the service was professional and friendly.
It was a pleasure planning the menu with Dave and Jen. They were very responsive and accommodating to our requests. Additionally, they were extremely helpful in recommendations for our menu and the settings.
