I can’t recommend Mary highly enough. Weddings are so expensive and it can be easy to think videography is an unnecessary expense, but I am SO grateful we chose to work with her - the video memories of our wedding are even more special to us than the photos. I tell all of my engaged friends who are planning weddings that videographers are 100% worth the investment.

Mary was easy to work with from beginning to end. We felt like she really listened and heard us when we talked to her about what was important to us. She understood our vision and we absolutely loved how the highlight video came out. We requested an unconventional song for it and she was really creative with it and it came out beautifully. It was also amazing that she shared the raw footage with us, so we have the full ceremony, first dances, speeches, and more. We watched those videos on our first anniversary and cried all over again - it was so special to be able to relive those moments (plus some others we didn’t even get to see live!), and I’m grateful that we’ll be able to rewatch it any time for the rest of our lives.

It’s also really important to consider the people you hire to be part of your big day - you end up spending a LOT of time with them, so it’s makes a big difference if you mesh well. Mary was a joy to be around and helped us all feel natural being on camera and didn’t get in the way at all. Do yourself a favor and reach out to her - you’ll be so glad you did!

Mary was such a dream to work with!! She is so easy going and kind, she truly listens to exactly what you want and creates the most amazing highlight video. Mary was amazing throughout our wedding by process. She was responsive and excited to work together before the day, and once the day was here she completely followed through and captured the spirit of the day with the highlight video. Mary was not only an amazing videographer she was an amazing vendor to work with! She was very responsive throughout the whole planning process and did exactly what we were looking for in our video. We were looking for someone to capture all the special moments of our day without being too in our faces and noticeable and she did just that. My husband and I got married this past September and we are beyond happy with how beautiful our wedding video by Mary is! We knew we wanted a videographer to capture our special day after hearing how quickly the day goes by and dealing with the uncertainty of Covid, we wanted to make sure we had something to share with our loved ones who couldn’t make it. When planning out our wedding this past August, my husband and I were on the fence whether we wanted a videographer or not. We are both very simple and easy going people and didn't know if we wanted to spend thousands of dollars on a video we may only watch a handful of times. That was until we found Mary. Initially we weren’t sure we wanted a videographer. Now we think working with Mary Winn was the best decision we made in all of our wedding planning. Mary was amazing and fun to work with, listened to our requests and was very responsive from start to finish. Who knew a highlight video could so effectively capture the mood, venue, smiling faces of our guests and overall essence of our day.
