The building can accommodate fourteen overnight guests within their schooltime-chic dormitories. For your big event, there is the Martindale Social Hall which is 4000 square feet and can hold up to 200 guests. The Martindale Social Hall has a structured, open ceiling and maintains the original gymnasium walls of the school. Soft, string lighting infuses a romantic atmosphere and the exposed brick creates the perfect opportunity for a photo-op. The hall offers event must-haves including a bar, restrooms, a stage, a sound system for live music, and equipment for slide shows. Near the Martindale Schoolhouse grounds is the San Marcos River, offering a perfect place for an excursion and impromptu swim.
