Initially we weren't even sure we wanted a wedding planner, but after our conversation with Marissa, we knew she would be the perfect person to help us plan and execute our wedding day. Given our short timeline, Marissa stepped in as our "month of coordinator", and we are so grateful for her experience, quick thinking, professionalism, and kindness. She is an excellent communicator and provided us with confidence that all the pieces would come together on the wedding day. From providing us with vendor recommendations to decor suggestions, Marissa never missed, and her knowledge of the wedding industry allows her to provide the best advice to her clients. Given the weather forecast for our wedding day, we had to make last-minute decisions regarding ceremony location, and Marissa seamlessly coordinated all the vendors during a very busy time. Our wedding day went off without a hitch with much thanks to Marissa, and at the end of the evening, she brought everything up to our room and left us with an evening snack. So thankful we had Marissa throughout the process of planning our wedding. We booked Marissa as our “month of planner” but she far beyond that. From the start she had a wedding checklist and timeline of how far along we should be in our planning and a list of things to make sure we had checked off 9-12 months out. Marissa was amazing -- she took care of all of the little things before the wedding so I didn't have to stress about them, and was clutch on the wedding day. I didn't have to worry about anything -- she dealt with all of the details that day, including any troubleshooting that always pops up so I could enjoy my wedding day. There are so many back-end details that I know she took care of that I didn't see -- which is the point! The day went flawlessly because of her attention to detail!
