Helped execute the wedding of my dreams
So thankful we had Marissa throughout the process of planning our wedding. We booked Marissa as our “month of planner” but she far beyond that. From the start she had a wedding checklist and timeline of how far along we should be in our planning and a list of things to make sure we had checked off 9-12 months out. Her knowledge of the wedding industry was invaluable, especially having worked previously for our wedding venue! She is professional, responsive, and had an excellent creative eye. She helped us execute our perfect wedding weekend without a single glitch, and if there was one, we had no idea about it! At the end of the night, she had packed up all the items we had dropped off to our venues even brought us leftovers to have for a late night snack. Thank you Marissa! -

Amazing wedding day
Marissa made sure our wedding day was perfect. She was so on top of every detail throughout the night and everything ran on time thanks to her. She remains so calm and adds so much positivity to your day.
Marissa is truly a professional and expert in weddings and I am so grateful we chose to have her as our day of coordinator. I would 100% recommend Marissa if you want to enjoy your wedding stress free. You will be in great hands! -

Marissa was absolutely wonderful to work with. She is incredibly responsive, detail-oriented, organized, and enjoyable to be around - it felt like I had another long-time friend with me on the wedding day. When different stressors arose (contractual issues, missing welcome boxes, wardrobe mishaps), Marissa handled it with ease and confidence. My mother and I were so grateful for how she advocated for us, kept vendors organized and on task, and alleviated all of our stress during the planning process and day of. She has worked in the industry for a long time, so she has wonderful insight and advice to offer. Marissa is also incredibly thoughtful; when my husband and I came back to our hotel suite the night of the wedding we found slices of wedding cake on each nightstand, our food from the caterer in the fridge, and our miscellaneous wedding items organized and hung up. She truly went above and beyond for us and we can't recommend her enough!Marissa Pedone Events's reply:

One of the best decisions we made as part of the planning process for our big day was the decision to work with Marissa as our day of planner. Marissa was such an integral part of making our wedding day so seamless and so special! We are so thankful!
Marissa was involved starting a few months out from the big day. Through what could have been a stressful and overwhelming time, we were so thankful to be able to leverage Marissa's knowledge and experience. Marissa has been working in the wedding industry for years, and her experience was evident even from our first call with her. Her attention to detail, professionalism, thoughtfulness, and patience make her fantastic at what she does! She helped to keep our vendors and us on track and organized in the days and weeks leading up to our wedding and made sure everyone was on time and where they needed to be on the big day. We've been to a few weddings since ours, and I cannot stress enough how amazing it is to have a planner like Marissa by your side on your wedding day. We didn't have to worry about a thing! For anything that came up on our wedding day, Marissa was on top of it. Marissa was such a pleasure to work with throughout the entire experience. I highly recommend working with Marissa for your big day! She truly is the best!!

Marissa was an incredible day-of coordinator and would highly recommend her if you're looking for someone to be proactive, punctual, extremely communicative and incredibly easy to work with! She made sure every piece of our wedding went smoothly, on time and as we expected and planned. If anything went wrong at our wedding (and I don't think anything did), we had NO idea because Marissa handled it for us. She kept us running on schedule and even went out of her way to bring our bridal party flowers from the venue to our getting ready location. She helped ensure gifts were stored away safely, gathered everything for us to take home with us at the end of the night, and so much more. Thank you Marissa!Marissa Pedone Events's reply:

Marissa was an amazing day of coordinator for our wedding @ the Harvard Art Museums. She was so thoughtful, calm throughout everything and such an absolute pleasure. She kept our families calm and on task and made everyone feel like things were under control and taken care of. I truly cannot imagine our day going as well as it did without Marissa’s organization and composure. Would 100% recommend her to anyone planning a weeding. Marissa was a critical aspect to my wedding day and ensured that there was no need for me to stress. She managed the timeline and flow of the day, from the speeches to the formal dances and made sure all the guests needs were anticipated. My husband and I were never without a drink in our hands and didn’t miss out on any apps from the cocktail hour. Our perfect day
The process of working with Marissa leading up to, and on the day of our wedding was absolute perfection. Marissa had a unique way of easily being able to easily understand our vision and help bring it to life. No detail was overlooked in the planning process, and the actual wedding day was flawless. All I remember about our wedding day was pure happiness and perfection—and I know that we were able to focus on the celebration because we could be assured that EVERY detail was attended to. We know that our special day was only possible because of the work of Marissa & team!
Marissa is also an exceptionally kind and fun person - the kind of person you want to spend hours with planning a wedding! We cannot recommend her highly enough, as she has the experience and abilities to pull off the perfect event in a variety of venues and price points!
