She has been my family's go-to tailor for a very long time. We've taken everyday clothes here, dress attire and multiple formal gowns. She and her daughter even worked together to make one of my prom dresses from scratch. Beautiful work! Now she is working on my wedding dress and I wouldn't be comfortable taking it anywhere else.

My wife got her dress from Memories in downtown Kalamazoo. It was like a blank canvas for an artist. We went to see Maria for alterations. And it was short notice. She worked with my wife, found it what she wanted, made suggestions that my wife loved, and this dress was the outcome!! I've taken jumpsuits, suits, pants, heavy winter coats, etc. There's NOTHING Maria and her daughter can't handle!! Highly recommend them!!

I had my alterations for my wedding gown done at Maria's. She gave me a price and then when it came time to pay, she added about $50 to the price because she had messed up the first time and had to redo her work. She was very rude and not forthcoming about the price.
