Local legends. I had listened to albums by El Mariachi Real de San Diego even before we were planning our wedding. I was excited to book them, and when it came time for them to play our wedding…oh buddy did they deliver! For those who aren’t familiar with this group, they have been active over 20 years and are as polished, perfected, authentic, and professional as they come. If your goal is to have a random “Mariachi” and you are not discerning about the quality, there are cheaper options for you. However, if you demand the best for your event...look no further than El Mariachi Real de San Diego! Our guests (who were half US and Mexico residents) gave us endless compliments on how amazing this group performed. Even the restaurant staff at the resort where our wedding was held asked me about the Mariachi during breakfast the following day. This was absolutely a highlight of our big day!

Mariachi Real were outstanding! They followed our instructions perfectly. They "surprised" our guests by playing the recessional for the ceremony and later led our guests though the hotel to the reception. Everyone was enchanted by them, everyone raved about them! Pam S.

Mariachi Real de San Diego played at our wedding recently and they were absolutely FANTASTIC!! All I ever wanted at my wedding was a Mariachi group and not only did I get that I got an extremely talented and fun one! Pedro was quick to respond to any questions I had before the wedding, and they were flexible to our needs. We had some requests on the outfit the wear and when to start playing during the ceremony, and they were more than willing to work with us. We had heard so many great things about Mariachi Real, and we were not disappointed!! We didn’t get to listen to them during the cocktail hour, but all the feedback from our guest was beyond positive. And we enjoyed them very much during dinner, very accommodating and catering to us. Thank you!

Mariachi Real was phenomenal. Such a hit and they played the perfect music for dinner. I only discounted them in the value, because I had to book them for 2 hours when I only needed them for 1 but still totally worth every penny!

It was nice finally finding a mariachi that was approved at our wedding ceremony, since The Immaculata at USD usually does not allow for mariachis to play there. However, it was very important for us to have a mariachi at our ceremony. Mariachi Real was very professional but my only disappointment was that I had asked their coordinator if the Mariachi had the white outfit and I was assured that they would be wearing white but instead they were wearing a light brown outfit. Being only a minor glitch I was able to overlook it. Over all we were very happy with their services.
