Marc Defang has top notch customer service! I ordered two pairs of shoes around two months ago, and they came perfectly as shown in the picture! I'm in love with these shoes, and wear them to many pageants and special events. I recommend buying shoes from this company 100%!

Marc Defang sells Swarovski Crystal Heels - Mine are unbelievable! The pictures on the website do them no justice...excellent quality - and the customer service is top notch. My shoes are actually 1/2 a size to big so I contacted them and right away they started making my correct size and I don't have to send the originals back until I get the exchange shoes in the mail. John Freeman was very nice and helpful...I would totally recommend them to someone looking for elegant shoes, and I will be ordering more.

I ordered a pair of Marc Defang crystal flats and they were awful. I had them on for all of 1 minute and they had destroyed the back of my heels, I couldn't even take one step in them because they were so painful. On top of that, they won't post my review on their website because it's not a good one. At least I was able to return them and get most of my money back aside from the restocking fee.
