Although our valued partnership with our preferred caterers is very much intact, she will be taking over venue experiences such as venue tours and rentals, planning and detail meetings, concert, festivals, etc.

Mapleside Farms is a charming and picturesque wedding venue that offers three distinct spaces to host your special day: the Barn, the Lodge, and the Waterfall. Located amidst the breathtaking countryside, this venue provides a romantic and rustic ambiance that will leave a lasting impression on you and your guests.

The Barn | 8,400 sq.ft. | 325 Guests
The Barn at Mapleside includes exposed wooden beams, an imperial staircase, a two-story layout with a grand chandelier and beautiful string lighting suspended from the vaulted ceilings and windows providing stunning mile-long views. A spacious deck with an overlook of the orchards is a delightful spot for guests to mingle. Couples may add The Waterfall for an additional space for ceremony or cocktail hour. The Barn offers 2 outdoor and 1 indoor cermeony locations.

The Lodge | 6,000 sq.ft. | 220 Guests
The Lodge at Mapleside is a two-level venue filled with warmth and elegance. A grand fireplace provides a focal point as well as a source for comfort during our cooler seasons. An upper level deck is the perfect place to grab a drink at the bar while enjoying the scenery surrounding you. The Lodge offers an additional bar adorned with an upside down apple tree and branches beautifully decorated with glowing lights to honor our orchard. A venue complete with soft lighting, rustic wooden accents, and natural elements.

The Waterfall | 5,000 sq.ft. | 250 Guests
The Waterfall at Mapleside, located adjacent to The Barn, offers natural elegance and tranquility. A charming open pavilion greets you as you arrive, inviting you to relax and enjoy the views. A highlight of this venue is the deck area with glass dividers overlooking the waterfall. The space is perfect for a stand-alone venue or as a complimentary area for an event at The Barn or Lodge. The soothing sounds of cascading water and lush landscaping make a stunning backdrop.

Couples and guests can enjoy the natural beauty of the property, from golden sunsets and wooded backdrops to starry nights shared with family and friends. Wedding packages for Mapleside Farms feature venue rentals, parking attendants, and exclusive access to the venue from 9am-11pm. The farm will provide tables and chairs for the ceremony and reception. Preferred caterering options include Taste of Excellence for 2026 and additional catering options for 2027. In-house bar packages are available as well.
