I honestly don't know if I will ever be able to put into words what Mapleside Farms did for us. We had a very small, intimate wedding with only 10 people, and somehow they made our little wedding feel like the most important wedding in the world. From the moment we arrived, I felt completely taken care of and, truly, treated like a queen.
We were originally supposed to have just one location for photos, but instead of simply sticking to the plan, they personally took us around the property and showed us everything. They wanted us to experience the beauty of Mapleside and have the opportunity to capture as many memories as possible. They even took us out on their side-by-side through the apple orchards for intimate sunset photos. Sitting there surrounded by the orchard, watching the sun go down, and having those quiet moments with the people we love most was something I will never forget. Those weren't just wedding photos—they were memories we will have for the rest of our lives.
And the property itself… absolutely breathtaking. Every inch is meticulously landscaped and cared for. You can feel how much love and pride goes into this place. It isn't just a beautiful venue; it feels like a place where people genuinely care about the memories being made there.
Then there is Jenni. ❤️
She was one of the absolute highlights of our day. She is fun, bubbly, warm, and has this incredible ability to make everyone around her smile. She had everyone laughing, involved, and enjoying themselves. She didn't make us feel like another wedding on the calendar. She made us feel like she genuinely cared about our day. Her energy was contagious, and having her there made everything feel even more special.
And then Greg and his wife, the owners, completely blew us away.
After photos were done and we left the venue, Greg, the owner, after hearing about our experience, made the incredibly generous decision not to charge us anything. I was honestly speechless. In a world where everything seems to come with a price tag, that kind of kindness and generosity is something you don't forget.
Our wedding was small. Only 10 people.
But Mapleside never made it feel small.
They made us feel celebrated. They made us feel important. They gave us more than we ever expected, and they created an experience that was so much bigger than the size of our guest list.
When I look back on our wedding day, I won't just remember how beautiful everything looked. I'll remember how we felt—loved, cared for, celebrated, and completely spoiled.
That is what makes a wedding venue special.
Mapleside Farms didn't just give us a beautiful place to get married. They gave us memories we will carry for the rest of our lives.

As a wedding photographer, I had a great experience at Mapleside farms! They have an amazing staff that was always willing to assist when needed - So many opportunities for photos and great back up plans for weather.

I loved the bridal suite, it was a quiet place to quickly re-charge my social battery with mirrors to wipe away the happy tears. We brought in an inflatable couch which was well recieved.

To me it felt like a dream, everything was seamless and the guests were very happy. I think the scenery is picturesque in every season, and there were a lot of great spots for photos. Working with the wedding coordinator was fantastic, Emily was there for every question and had such good advice on how things will flow best in the reception. They worked very well with the other vendors (DJ + Photographer) too. Staff went above and beyond making sure everyone was comfortable.

What a wonderful event we had, especially under the covid circumstances. Maddie was the best planner/manager we could have expected! Thanks for a memorable time.

We had our daughter's wedding at Mapleside Farms in the Lodge. We worked with Riki and she was great! On the day of the wedding l, she was there, as well as Madina and Missy, who went above and beyond to make sure our event was perfect! Would recommend this venue and the catering from "A Taste of Excellence" , everything was perfect!!! It was a beautiful wedding and we received many compliments on the venue, the food and the staff !!!

We looked into Mapleside as our venue and with it being a winter wedding we eventually landed on a ceremony in the cellar and reception upstairs in the lodge. It sounds as though the Barn is a popular place but let me tell you that everyone was impressed with the layout of the Lodge and loved it. The bridal room was clutch and we were able to set up tables and a photo booth in the bar area so that almost no one was glued to their chairs at the dinner table all night. The wooden interior manages to set a rustic mood and was much warmer of a setting than "dimly lit ballroom" which I was so desperate to avoid.

I will say that there are some mixed reviews and I can only speak for my experience with the venue itself as the catering and site was managed by a third-party (A Taste of Excellence at the time we booked). The property itself was great and we would never have known there was a concert in the barn the same night. Security kept strays from wandering in and the parking lot was reserved for our guests. We mentioned the reviews to our event manager and she brought up that the pricing for the barn works a little differently but it is more straight forward for the Lodge/Cellar and the issues began to make sense to me. The bottom line is that we didn't have any problems at all come up and we didn't let the reviews scare us away and we had a beautiful event. Some of our guests asked us about the booking and I am crossing my fingers that we will eventually get an invite to a wedding here so we can experience it from the stress free side of things and have as much fun as we did on our wedding day again.

We had our ceremony and reception at the barn at Mapleside Farms. Though we worked mainly with A Taste of Excellence we were very pleased with our venue. It was absolutely gorgeous!

Working with the people at mapleside has really been a pleasure. They have gone out of their way to make things happen, and ultimately want to make your wedding day perfect for you!

The place was amazing, the view from the top of the hill we got married on was amazing and we couldn't have asked for a nicer or hotter day for September. not a cloud in the sky. Everyone was very helpful and nice. Just a beautiful place!
