Oversized windows frame the stunning views of Manhattan, setting the tone for a romantic event. gorgeous Manhattan venue
The biggest appeal and benefit of the space for us was that it has everything: staff, food, alcohol, linens, etc. It made our lives and planning process so much easier.
The venue itself fit our black tie wedding beautifully, thanks to features like the stunning views of NYC, the beautiful old-school bar, and the baby grand piano. Its central location was a huge draw, too, as it was easy to access for locals and out-of-town guests alike. We were very impressed with the food and drinks, and they also let us bring in additional special wines/spirits, which we appreciated. We found them to be very reasonably priced compared to other venues in the city, and the quality of everything they provided was excellent.

About two months before we attended a tasting where we got to try samples of some of the appetizers and entrees (we fell in love with the pumpkin ravioli, highly recommend!). It was great to have an evening in the space, try the food/wine, and see the amazing 360 views of sunset.
The entire staff here is amazing. Monika made sure the planning went smoothly, and took care of menu planning for our gluten free/vegan guests. The wait staff and bartenders during the event were attentive and kind. We got many compliments from our guests both on how good the food was and how excellent the service was. Thank you for everything!

Our company Expressway Music has worked at the Manhattan Penthouse and Alger house many times and is a big favorite with our DJ's because of Monika and Jeno. Both Monika and Jeno are total pros and consistently produce great events. They are organised, focused and are on top of all details. As dj's we REALLY appreciate that!
