The landscaped terrace is an oasis of lush greenery and refined furnishings that overlooks the cityscape. Inside, you will find the Midtown Loft, a sophisticated room where evening receptions and revelry go hand in hand. The in-house production team looks forward to bringing your vision to life with urban appeal and timeless elegance.
Facilities and Capacity
You can say ‘I do’ in front of 100 loved ones in an intimate outdoor ceremony on the Midtown Terrace that overlooks New York’s iconic skyline. This 4,400-square-foot space offers optional cover for year-round gatherings and pristine white chairs are laid out for your guests’ comfort. From here, you can see the Empire State Building and many Manhattan highlights, which also provide iconic backdrops for photo opportunities. Afterward, cocktail receptions and evening banquets are held in the loft, a 5,000-square-foot room that will be curated according to your theme and tastes. The staff supply lounge furniture and an illuminated bar to elevate the ambience and create a unique social atmosphere for guests. Inside the Midtown Loft, you can expect the provision of ceiling drapery, chandelier lighting, flat-screen televisions, and light-up high-top tables for cocktail hour. The loft can accommodate 300 people for cocktail receptions or 180 for formal seated meals. You and your wedding party can relax and freshen up the plush preparation suites, with exclusive access granted for the duration of your special soirée. MLT Venue spaces are cozy, chic, and easily accessible, located right on 5th Avenue near Marble Collegiate Church, the Church of the Transfiguration, NoMad, Koreatown, Flatiron, Eataly, Herald Square, Macy’s, PATH, and LIRR. Midtown Loft and Terrace is not only ideal for weddings but also an excellent space for corporate events, conferences, celebrations, networking nights, proms, bar/bat mitzvahs, and/or private parties.
The staff was friendly, and everything ran smoothly. It felt well-managed without being too formal. The vibe was warm and welcoming.
If you’re looking for a pleasant spot for any occasion in the heart of Manhattan, MLT works great for both special and professional events.

Our DJ's and Musician's really look forward to working at the Midtown Loft. They have a beautiful rooftop space where many cocktail hours and ceremonies are held with spectacular views of NYC. The staff is always helpful and attentive and makes our staff feel welcome and "part of the team". The Main space is immaculately clean and being a DJ I love the acoustics.
