Breathtaking Venue with city views on 5th Avenue
My husband and I were invited to a wedding here. I must say the venue itself is both breathtaking and iconic with amazing city views especially of the Empire State Building. It also right on a premier location on 5th Avenue. The culinary offerings were outstanding from beginning to end-cocktail hour , dinner service and desert were all executed to an impeccable standard. In summary we wholeheartedly recommend this venue to anyone planning an event in New York City. -

A Fabulous venue on Fifth Avenue
I am best friends with the bride. The feedback I got back from the bride was that the Midtown loft & Terrace was able to absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. Their communication was prompt, friendly and genuinely helpful throughout the entire planning process. What I learned from attending the wedding was that the venue itself is spacious and highly adaptable , giving the client the freedom to customize the layout . The event manager Kadir was very amicable during the wedding and even lended me a charger . Many of my friends are now engaged and I highly recommend them the Midtown Loft & Terrace for their wedding -

A Magical Winter Wonderland Affair
The Midtown Loft & Terrace is an exceptional venue. I attended my friends wedding and it was stylish, distinctive and exquisitely decorated for a magical winter wedding. The venue had a winter-theme wedding . The music was so wonderful that I danced with my wife all night, Most importantly , the bride and groom were truly happy , celebrating their special occasion with joy throughout the entire evening. -

I recently attended my friend’s wedding ceremony at Midtown Loft. It was a dream location and ambience! The view from the roof was was one of the best I have ever seen! Even though it is a huge space with plenty of space for a big size wedding, it felt very cozy and warm! Energy of the location, the professionalism of the entire service team, food, drinks, sound system.. everything was perfect, in a great harmony for a beautiful wedding. I highly recommend Midtown Loft for a wedding, engagement event, or a special occasion. 👍🏼👍🏼

I attended to a friends wedding in this location, I was so impressed with the ambience and professionalism. The place is a dublex with a rooftop total maybe around 10000 square feet (wild guess). Top floor has very high ceiling and the rooftop has portable roof can be used as open or enclosed depending on weather conditions. The location is right at the corner of 28th and 5th avenue, facing to a historic church and on the same street, just a few blocks away from empire state building. Building is 12 floor high and wiev is mesmerazing. rooftop has also a separete room with fireplace very authentic. Towards the back there is a red brick wall decorated with candellight style dimmeble lights creates romantic vibes you feel like proposing to someone. I met with the midtown loft team and they were all professional. They have all the connections for anything needed for a wedding. I think I will have my own wedding here too. Best value in town for an unforgattable wedding.

I recently attended a wedding at Midtown Loft & Terrace, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. The venue is absolutely stunning, elegant, spacious, and with that incredible city view that makes any event feel extra special.
From start to finish, the team at ML&T was a joy to work with. They were responsive, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the planning process. Communication was always easy, and every detail was handled with care.
Quality of service, responsiveness, professionalism, value, and flexibility, all 5 stars without question.

I attended a wedding at Midtown Loft and Terraces Venues and liked it. Especially the rooftop view was amazing, thanks to the Empire State Building and the NYC skyline, with a fantastic sunset.
MLT Venue spaces are cozy, chic, and easily accessible, located right on 5th Avenue near Marble Collegiate Church, the Church of the Transfiguration, NoMad, Koreatown, Flatiron, Eataly, Herald Square, Macy’s, PATH, and LIRR. Midtown Loft and Terrace is not only ideal for weddings but also an excellent space for corporate events, conferences, celebrations, networking nights, proms, bar/bat mitzvahs, and/or private parties.
The staff was friendly, and everything ran smoothly. It felt well-managed without being too formal. The vibe was warm and welcoming.
If you’re looking for a pleasant spot for any occasion in the heart of Manhattan, MLT works great for both special and professional events. -

I'm a wedding and event photographer in NYC and I have photographed many weddings but also business events here over the years. It is an amazing space both the loft and the rooftop area. The amazing view of the Empire State building and midtown from the terrace is loved by many guests and clients and I have taken many portraits using that backdrop. It is also a great space to do an engagement proposal. I also love that the rooftop has a roof that can be moved in and out just in case the weather is changing so you never run the risk of not being able to use it because of the flexibility. It is an amazing space and probably one of the most affordable rooftop venues in NYC. Tarkan is the owner of the venue and he makes sure that all clients are happy. He is also very flexible with his services and offers many set up and furniture options. I also love the area because Madison Square Park is only a 5 minute walk and there are many options for great portrait sessions for wedding couples. -

I went here as a guest for an engagement party. The venue was very impressive. It was an elegant large open space with a beautiful terrace upstairs. The lighting was beautiful and they had fun activities, a beautiful bar, tables, cozy couches and a dance floor. We had a great time! -

Out of a movie!
I attended an intimate wedding at Midtown Loft & Terrace this month, and all I can say is wow! It was absolutely breathtaking, and the ceremony was filled with sunlight it was just gorgeous! The space was much bigger than I thought it would be. The whole evening felt magical, it truly was like something out of a movie. If I get married in the future, I definitely will be looking at this venue. It is just WOW. -

I am a professional wedding photographer based out of Midtown West and I shoot at Midtown Loft and Terrace quite often.
I have shot numerous corporate events as well as weddings and over the past 15 years I have been privileged to witness the astonishing progress this venue has made in terms of perfecting its appearance and comfort.
Today, it is truly one of the best venues in Manhattan. First of all, it is conveniently located on the prestigious 5th avenue, right in the heart of New York City. It offers a spacious loft and a beautiful outdoor terrace with open views of the Empire State Building and 5th avenue.
Both, the loft and the terrace are perfect for hosting any kind of event. An elegant retractable awning has been recently installed over the terrace so that guests can enjoy the outdoor setting and the beautiful views in any weather. I also love that there is a dedicated elevator that takes guests straight to the venue from the street level.
On a different note, I would like to send a special recognition to the venue manager Kadir. He has always been very professional, friendly and hard-working, which makes working at this venue a breeze. One can rest assured that the event will be a success if the Kadir is in charge. He is always there but never in the way, making sure that everything runs smoothly and everyone is well taken care of.
I highly recommend Midtown Loft & Terrace to anyone in search for a perfect venue in the hart of Manhattan. -

Great choice of a wedding venue
Our daughters wedding was perfect from beginning to end. The Midtown Loft and Terrace was truly amazing . the food is delicious and had a great presentation. The event manager that day went above and beyond making sure the ac was at a good temperature for all of the guests. Overall was I recommend the venue to anyone looking to get married. -

Had a Great time
I cannot adequately explain how amazing my cousins wedding celebration was at the Midtown. I was very impressed with the decor and ambience inside. The side curtains opened to a huge dessert area, uhm uhmm. There was fruit, cake, candy apples, cotton candy, baileys and kahlua like drinks. Wooo hoo. Yes I took a nice goody bag home. If I get married I will consider this venue to be one of my top choices

Great roof top wedding
I attended a beautiful family wedding at the ML&T in November. I am still at awe of what an amazingly gorgeous setting it truly was on the terrace. It was a small wedding on the Terrace because of covid and it worked out fine. I must say not a single detail was left out . -

Great View!
Midtown Loft & Terrace is an absolutely beautiful location. The terrace especially does not disappoint and has beautiful views of the city!
The only reason we knocked down a star is due to the communication of the venue. We had to postpone due to COVID and, although they were gracious with booking our new date, there was absolutely no communication regarding COVID restrictions. When I would call to inquire, I was told I could get no information prior to 30 days before the event since guidelines change often. But I just wanted some info to know how many invites I could send at this point, etc. And, upon reaching 30 days prior to our wedding, we did not get the information we were told we would receive. Up to this point, the responses were "we'll reach out 30 days before the event." That was truly disappointing, given how expensive this venue is.
Additionally, we felt nickel and dimed the entire time. Decoration additions are very expensive, which we opted to do anyway. But just something to note upfront. They charge for NOT USING an illuminated bar in their space. Things like this rubbed me the wrong way. Additionally, they charge you if you decide last minute to have the roof up or down on the terrace due to weather. We opted to have the rooftop open but, because we got married on a rainy day, the venue closed it while they were setting up. When we asked to open it, they said sure but if it rains, they will charge us $500 dollars to close it if it starts raining during the ceremony. We did know this upfront, but it seems a little crazy given that the rooftop is closed/opened using one button and takes only a couple of minutes to retract (as we saw on our wedding day).
This venue is beautiful and its draw is definitely the rooftop terrace. It was an incentive for us to book here knowing that even if the weather was bad, we could still use the roof. It's just disappointing to know that you will get charged for this just because they can charge you. Not because it actually takes extra effort or anything.
All in all, our wedding day was beautiful and went off without any issues (other than the argument over the roof). Our guests enjoyed themselves and our photos are beautiful! We do recommend this venue, but just want others to be aware of the extra costs upfront.
Also want to note that Kadir, the venue manager, is great! He worked with us regarding the decorations and was also responsive to our questions.Midtown Loft & Terrace's reply:

Fantastic evening
I attended my sisters wedding it was very nice. When I saw the venue from the street before walking in I was very impressed with the appearance of the awning and the way the building is positioned next to 2 modern buildings . The venue was very well decorated when we arrived and music from the Dj was fantastic. The caterer followed up with my husband and I was was very attentive to the guests concern . Overall was a 5 star experience -

MLT Helped Us Do It Our Way
Overdue review for our July 20th wedding reception at Midtown Loft and Terrace. It was AH-mazing. My husband and I wanted a venue that was BYO food and drinks so that we can tailor the menu to reflect his Southern and my Brazilian roots. We came across MLT online and after visiting the space we were sold. All the greenery on the terrace matched our rustic chic theme and the white loft provided the perfect canvas for us to personalize the space. We booked the terrace for cocktail hour and the loft space for the main party. The white couches that come with the loft worked out perfectly for our reception lounge area. Throughout the process, Kadir and Victoria were incredibly helpful in making our dream wedding come to fruition. They went above and beyond to help clear any obstacles that came our way. The weekend of our wedding ended up being the hottest of the year, so of course I was freaking out about guests melting on the terrace. On the day of our event, Kadir (God bless him) worked OT with our wedding planner (@Joskabar) to make the terrace bearable for our guests. My wedding planner said he and other staffers were super helpful and always around to make sure the event was running smoothly. Our guests had a great time and were wowed by the scenic views from the terrace. I can't recommend the space enough!!!! -

I attended my friend's wedding at Midtownloft and that was such a great experience. Manhattan views from the rooftop are awesome - during the daylights time, but especially after dark. The stuff was polite and helpful. The ceiling's drapery created very warm atmosphere of coziness.
If I ever need to plan my own wedding, I know the right place now. -

My husband and I are so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Midtown Loft and Terrace for our wedding ceremony and reception. The staff members were extremely professional and provided quality customer service. They went above and beyond the call of duty. After several conversations with our point person Genesis and meeting Keidir we knew we were in good hands. Our friends and family were so empresses by how beautiful the venue looked. The views on the rooftop were absolutely gorgeous. Our guest loved the perfect view of the Empire State Building. The loft was just as nice. The natural sun light that is available throughout the venue was a major plus. We have already recommended MTL to our friends!

We wanted an outdoor wedding with in intimate feel and were so happy with Midtown Loft and Terrace because we get the best of both worlds, we'll be married on their outdoor terrace and get to see the amazing skyline as well as party indoors in the loft with our family and friends. Quiana Sent on 07/30/2018What a wonderful venue! My husband and I looked at many different venues and when we took a tour of the Midtown Loft and Terrace, we knew it was the one. We looked at venues that did basically everything for you, but there was always something we weren't satisfied with. The Midtown Loft is truly a place that you can make your own, and along with the locale and spectacular views - it was a no-brainer! We just fell in love instantly, and thought, "we're going to have the coolest wedding here", and we did. Everyone we worked with was so nice and accommodating. We initially worked with Amber, then with Bridget, who was our account manager. When Bridget wasn't in the office, Summer stepped right up and was so helpful as well. We worked with a few vendors who hadn't worked at the Midtown Loft and Terrace before, but they were all able to do walk-throughs and get the information they needed. Having a July wedding, I was seriously worried about the weather, especially during the week leading up to it. Luckily, we were blessed with perfect, comfortable weather and only needed the retractable roof over the ceremony area for shade. All of our guests RAVED about how beautiful and cool the terrace was; there were guests taking photos of the Empire State Building all night! And when we went down to the Loft for the reception - just wow! Once the lights were dimmed, the uplighting lent the warmest ambiance. The draping and chandeliers just made the room feel so elegant! Having access to the terrace during the reception was so nice to have for those who needed a little quiet away from the action, who wanted to take pictures of the lit up city, and for those who just needed a little fresh air. We truly had a memorable night and I couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue!
