From the moment we set foot in The Skylark, we knew we had found the perfect place for our special day. We wanted to focus on having a big party to celebrate our love. Our experience at this remarkable venue surpassed all expectations and created memories that will last a lifetime.

The staff at The Skylark were nothing short of exceptional. From the very first inquiry to the final farewell, they demonstrated an unparalleled level of professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness that made us feel like royalty. Their expertise and experience were evident as they seamlessly guided us through the entire planning process, taking into account every detail and ensuring that our vision became a reality. Laura was a godsend and extremely responsive. Peter, our day of coordinator, was simply exceptional. He had everything organized and I did not even worry about a thing (as it should be!).

We are still getting rave reviews about the entire venue and especially the amazing food and drinks. We chose a cocktail reception and while initially we were worried it would be confusing or awkward for our guests who are used to super-traditional receptions; it was not! It was perfect, everyone loved it and there was a TON of food. I had to turn food away!

I cannot say enough about how amazing everything was. If you are searching for a place that will leave you and your guests in awe, and memories that will be cherished forever, look no further than The Skylark. Trust us, your special day will be nothing short of magical.

The staff at the Skylark, along with the incredible views, made our wedding night more amazing than we could have imagined. Peter, the on-site coordinator, was amazing and made sure all of our concerns were addressed before and during the wedding. The bartenders worked quickly to limit any delays at the bar and were very friendly and respectful to all of our guests. The servers, bridal assistant, and hostess were also very professional and helped the entire evening exceed our expectations!

We had our wedding at the Skylark in June 2022 and cannot put into words how incredible our experience was. We were planning a smaller wedding for 50-70 guests and struggling to find a venue with a “wow” factor that wouldn’t feel overwhelmingly large. We came across the Skylark and didn’t even want to tour other venues upon seeing it. Not only is the space and view breathtaking, the professionalism and responsiveness of the contact (Laura) we worked with surpassed every other venue we talked to. We also loved that a day-of-coordinator, catering, furniture, linens, and even the cake were included as part of the package, meaning fewer things for us to worry about. We also did a lot of research and were pleased that Skylark partners exclusively with Abigail Kirsch catering, which is known for the highest quality food and presentation. Closer to our date, we started working with Peter, who is the day-of-coordinator. Our whole family was astounded by his attention to detail, creativity, and dedication to ensuring our event flows smoothly. He patiently worked with us through every single detail and make multiple accommodations to meet our preferences. On the wedding day, there was not a single glitch or hiccup. When things were running a little off schedule, Peter worked behind the scenes with our entertainment team and other vendors to improvise, and everything was absolutely perfect. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the stunning venue, the incredible food and open bar selections, and the whole team of staff that worked tirelessly to bring our vision to life. We truly could not have made a better choice!

We had a smaller wedding of about 50 people in June 2022. The Skylark was so unbelievably perfect for our wedding; the space is gorgeous - sexy upscale lounge vibes and the food from Abigail Kirsch was absolutely delicious. All of our guests were raving about it! The rooftop for cocktail hour is so gorgeous, nobody can get enough of those Empire State Building views. Working with Peter & Laura was a dream as well - very easy to work with to make your vision come alive. Peter was so present throughout the entire event and all the weeks leading up to it and I'm so thankful we had him throughout the process. They also take care of everything you need including the wedding cake. We very comfortably had 50 guests with 6 round tables and a sweetheart, it was perfection!! Thank you so much Skylark Team!

I only toured this venue as a potential spot for my 2022 wedding because that was all I could handle. I am giving this venue five stars because they were very responsive and professional. It really is an awesome venue, but once you step out on the rooftop, your heart could plummet into your stomach. The views are absolutely incredible, but the only thing stopping you from falling down thirty/thirty-two floors to the ground is one thickness of glass secured to posts. When I went out on the rooftop I clung to the side of the building for the whole tour. I loved the venue, but I realized I couldn't warm up to the idea of putting my guests on the edge of the building. I'm sure it passes code, but to my understanding, I would not put myself or my guests through that feeling. Again, this is an awesome venue, probably one of the coolest I could have asked for myself. The team is very responsive and professional, and when I toured the venue I met a couple who had their wedding the night before. They only had rave reviews of the venue. It is truly my loss that I won't choose this venue in the end. It's not for everybody.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would - on everything. The venue, staff, food, Christine, and Charles were all incredible. They all came together to make this day truly magical. We had a destination wedding at the Skylark. Everyone came from Dallas, Texas. Every single person was blown away. It was better than my husband and I could have ever imagined.

They exceed all of our expectations. The food was delicious. The food service was even synchronized by the wait staff. The entire event was so well organized. Every detail was planned perfectly. The views were breathtaking. All of our guests kept saying all night it was the best wedding that had ever been to. Huge thanks to Charles and Christine. Best night ever.

Everything at the Skylark is top notch. They made our wedding so beautiful! The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Five stars doesn't do it justice.

We had our wedding reception at the Skylark last October. One of the best decisions I made for our wedding. It was perfect. Our guests were absolutely blown away by the views, the food and service (which some could argue was too good), our guests have made comments that it was the “best night of their lives” and “how could any other couple top that for a wedding” and that everything was just so good. Which is so nice to hear. It was a destination wedding too so everything was planned from Sydney. Christine was extremely helpful and lovely to deal with during the entire process, as was Charles who we also worked with as we got closer to our wedding.
I was so worried that the venue wasn’t going to be as nice in person as it was in photos and videos I’d looked at. I was so wrong. It was the perfect spot and even nicer in person. Don’t be fooled by the subtle/non grand entrance like I first was, just as Christine said, it really does add impact the the view. Would definitely recommend having cocktail hour on the roof if you host your wedding here. We’re planning to be back for our one year anniversary this October. Can’t wait!!
I didn’t get a chance to try all of the food myself because I didn’t want to bloat in my tight dress haha so hopefully I can this time.
