Overall, I am happy with the dress I chose. The only reason why I am not offering a full 5 stars for the quality of service is because I felt that I was always being rushed when trying on dresses. Once my dress came in, I had lost a few pounds, and they kept pushing me to gain weight instead of maintaining my weight. I felt as if they didn't want to bother with the tailoring. Furthermore, I really only had 1 dress fitting, which was 4 months before the wedding because they felt like I didn't any more dress fittings. My husband had more tux fittings than I had dress fittings! I ended up renting my cocktail chinese qi pao dress from them which was beautiful! At first, I couldn't fit into any of their qi paos that they had in stock, but 2 months before the wedding, they received new shipment and called me to come check it out. Everything worked out great. My mom also bought 2 dresses from them, and my mother-in-law bought her dress from there. They both looked amazing the day of my wedding. I think it's worth stopping by to check out them out because their prices are competitive.

I rented the white Mori Lee 6106 style from Carol at Manhattal Bridal Inc. They have dresses available for rental and purchase, as well as other wedding services such as photography, videography, hair/makeup, tuxedos, bridesmaid dresses, and limos. Carol was referred through a good friend, whose family has recommended and used Carol's service many times. Carol was nice enough to order me a new dress in my size. I picked up the dress about 1-2 days before the wedding and I returned the dress the next day. The dress was beautiful and I got a lot of compliments that day. It looks nice in the photos. The rental price included a petticoat which I wore underneath the dress to lift it up for dancing. I felt that even with my 4" heels, the dress was a little too long for me. The rental price was supposed to include alteratoins. They probably should have altered the length a little bit since I'm petite. The woman who helped me try on the dress assured me that the length wouldn't be a problem without the alterations. Unfortunately, Carol was on vacation when I went to pick up the dress. Overall, the dress fit great except for the length. I felt like I was going to trip down the stairs constantly and I had to pick up the bottom and be careful when I walked. I did fall down on the dancefloor once when I was dancing. I only give Manhattan Bridal 2 stars for responsiveness because I felt like I always had to call to follow up with the company. Everything came through in the end, but I felt like they could've have been a little more proactive. I had asked Carol for a makeup person recommendation and she never called me back even though I asked her a few times. All in all, renting your dress is a great way to save money on your wedding.

I got my wedding gown at manhattan bridal and also used them for my photographer and videographer.
My photographer and videographer were both very proffesional and easy to work with. They made us feel comfortable and worked hard to get all the shots we wanted. I do feel i wish we could of taken more photo's with the family, but on our part we did arrive late.
As far as getting the dress, they were the only place that carried my dress after calling many places. I was very pleased with that. Only part i did not like was the tailoring. I recommend that you buy the dress there if you find your dream gown, but get it tailored elsewhere.
