We could not have chosen a better coordinator for our wedding! We received so many compliments!! Mandie understood my vision and made everything come together beautifully! She is so kind and helped me stay reassured and calm. What I appreciate the most is how she communicated even the smallest things - like how my train looked when going down the aisle! She is such a dream to work with and I will miss her very much!

Mandie was a LIFE SAVER for me during my engagement & on the wedding day.

She contacted every vendor ahead of time, created a day of schedule for all of them, worked out kinks with them, was the point of contact the day of the wedding for them, & helped set everything up. I was two beats away from a nervous breakdown on my wedding day as it rained, and Mandie kept me calm & kept everything seamless.

She loaded our car for us ahead of time & made sure nothing was left behind. Further, she did the final walkthrough after the reception with my venue managers after my husband & I left to sign her name for that the venue was in acceptable condition- this was a relief to my family.

My pre-wedding day meetings with her were super helpful & she handled all of my mother and I’s many questions & requests with ease. All while being very reasonably priced!

Aside from all of that, she is super sweet and very easy to be around. I cannot recommend Mandie enough for anyone else’s big day.

Mandie made my wedding planning experience better than I could have imagined. During the planning process she was flexible with meetings, answered every “emergency” call I had, and most importantly took my concerns and our wishes for our wedding seriously. The actual day of Mandie made sure everything ran smoothly and reassured me not to worry about ANYTHING! She is so sweet, even more organized, and had a lovely way of making sure everything is just as you discussed and people stay in line. I owe, well, our entire wedding going perfectly to her.

Mandie made my wedding day stress FREE- which honestly for a wedding is hard to do! She is super organized, timely and willing do to anything she can to make things easy and as close to perfect as possible! She called all my vendors the week before our wedding to ensure they had the correct times and items, got all the wedding party and a very nervous bride down the isle in a perfectly timed out fashion, kept the reception running smoothly by ensuring everything was done (cutting cake, speeches, bouquet toss, etc) and kept a smile on her face the entire day/night. So thankful for her! You cannot go wrong with Mandie!

I have had the opportunity to work with so many Event Planners in my career and can say bar none that Mandie's Marquee is one of the best! Never in the years of working beside her have I ever had to worry about a detail going unnoticed or something not going exactly as it had been meticulously planned. When we got engaged, we knew we needed a coordinator since we didn't know the first thing about wedding planning. Mandie was always available to answer any of our questions, and she was instrumental in guiding us in planning the big day. She planned out the entire timeline of the day and took over all communications with the vendors a few weeks before our wedding in order to coordinate them all. She was so amazing on the day of - I never thought I would be the type of bride to get frazzled with everything that could go wrong on the wedding day, but apparently I am and Mandie handled every issue immediately and gracefully. Mandi was FABULOUS! As a Mother of the Bride, I couldn't have asked for anyone better! She took care of all the details and made the "day of" less stressful for all of us!
