Rupal was fantastic! If you dont have someone to help you coordinate your many vendors, well you need one! She is amazing at her job and certainly made my planning easy but also made sure everything happened where, how, and when it was supposed to!

Rupal and her team were fantastic during the entire wedding process. We had numerous difficulties with planning and input from our family, and Rupal helped us manage the entire process flawlessly, relieving our wedding stress immeasurably. Everything she touched went off flawlessly, and during our wedding weekend, we didn't need to do a single thing because she and her team had already prepped for every eventuality. We even had a speaker blow out during our wedding processional, and she had it replaced before we even noticed. My husband and I recently got married in November 2019. We are both busy professionals and thought we could handle the task of planning our own wedding. Let me preface and mention that we just moved here from NY, both started new jobs and had I had a big board exam to prepare for. Importantly, we are both first generation, coming from two different cultures and religions. We were in over our heads.
About 2 months before the wedding, while I was stressed with wedding planning and work, my husband said that we should hire a planner. My husband came across Malenia and he spoke with Rupal that same day. Shortly after their conversation, he called me and said she was perfect for the task and most importantly "she gets it." I had the chance to speak with Rupal the following day and just our initial conversation blew me away. Rupal had such amazing ideas and instantly saw my vision. We immediately hired Malenia and the rest was history. Prior to hiring Malenia, I did pick out most of the vendors except the catering company. Rupal was in constant communication with all of the vendors and tied together all of the loose ends. It was perfect- she would email us with updates about once a week and was always accessible via phone/text. Also, she made it a point to be in constant communication with my mom, which helped tremendously in calming and easing the situation. We had the chance to meet Rupal and her assistant Taseer several times before the actual wedding and every time we met, I remember just being blown away with their progress. Malenia understood the cultural barriers and wanted to make sure that everyone was comfortable from both sides of the family. On the day of the actual wedding, all I can honestly remember was how much fun and joy I had; Malenia took the worry out of all the wedding day stress and anxiety. Everything was absolutely perfect, and Malenia made my dream wedding possible. I will absolutely be recommending Malenia to anyone I know getting married/looking for an event planner. Save yourself the stress and let Malenia take control.

Rupal and the Malenia team helped my husband and me plan our event just 3-4 months out in Ohio, even though we are both from Chicago. From helping us choose a local DJ, making decor decisions, managing catering from Philly, and stuffing welcome bags for our guests checking in at our hotel - Rupal helped every step of the way. Not only was she omnipresent, she really helped manage relations between vendors and even families. She's great to work with, and I'd recommend her to any bride!

Rupal and Nikita are an awesome duo to help with wedding coordination needs. I didn't get a wedding planner but we did need help for the wedding festivities so we hired Rupal as a wedding coordinator. Rupal met with my mom and I several times before the wedding and helped us make sure we had everything we needed. There was so many things I didn't even think about and it was amazing having someone as organized as Rupal. She did well even with last minute requests! She even added extra touches to uplift the decorations done by someone else. Nikita was also very kind and made sure everyone and all the events were on time. This was one of the best decisions we could have made for the wedding. Worth it to have Rupal and her team on our side!

Where do I start with Rupal? She was our right hand throughout our wedding planning process. You can just see the passion in her work and her dedication to follow through is amazing to watch. From our weekly calls to the week of execution, there is no way we would have been able to have the wedding we did without her. Both our families felt so comfortable around Rupal and she did such a great job communicating with everyone. Never once was there any hesitation for any request that was asked of her and she went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect. Her timelines are absolutely godsend and we heard numerous compliments from our vendors about how easy it was to coordinate due to her incredibly detailed timeline. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you Rupal for everything last week and we love you so much!

Rupal was a delight to work with. She always made sure we were on track with budgets, vendors, payments, guestlist, etc. She even went above and beyond to help us with decoration ideas for the reception and helped create some of the center pieces. The day of the wedding, everything was set, she made sure all the bridesmaids and groomsmen were where they needed to be. She had her staff members check on the vendors to make sure everything was set up properly. One thing you I can tell you is what you see is what you get with her. She will be very upfront with you, one thing we liked about her was she was realistic about our wedding instead of giving us a fantasy wedding that we probably couldn't afford. Her strength is her passion for planning and coordinating and her organizational skill. You can tell that she knows what she is doing. I have no doubt in my mind that she will be amazing at your wedding.

Malenia Events did a flawless job from start to finish. Rupal was so easy to work with, she removed so much stress from wedding planning! The best part of having Rupal as our wedding planner was that she already knew all of our wedding vendors and knew the venue inside and out; this made everything so much easier. She went above and beyond my expectations to make sure the wedding day ran smoothly. Everyone in my family loved her and my wedding day wouldn't have been as amazing as it was without her!
