Phebe provided the floral arrangements of my dreams and our day wouldn’t have been the same without her. I can’t say enough how much I appreciated all of her hard work and effort she made for my wedding. My husband, my mom and myself have raved about Phebe to everyone who attended our wedding! The flowers were absolute perfection. She made me feel so special and really heard me when I explained my vision for the day. She truly took the time to show us that she cared and wanted to make our day perfect for us. Phebe's expertise really helped to provide the perfect floral arrangements. I truly cannot recommend Phebe enough, I would give her 10 stars if I could!

Phebe is absolutely amazing! She is incredibly kind and thoughtful and also incredibly knowledgeable about florals! I knew nothing about florals so this was a very intimidating task for me but Phebe made it an absolute breeze. She was thoughtful about budget and repurposed florals throughout the day. Phebe spent hours on the phone with me making my vision come to life, I truly could go on forever, she is the absolute best!!

Phebe is an excellent, and extremely skilled florist! From the beginning, she made my vision come to life! Not only were my husband and I extremely impressed, but our guests were too! We received SO many compliments! Phebe used such a unique and gorgeous array of flowers, thoughtfully picked out and curated to create beautiful scenery for my wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. We were seriously blown away! Also, everything smelled amazing! Phebe also took the time to chat with us regularly, take time for long phone calls, and was extremely kind every step of the way! My bridal bouquet was so beautiful that I am getting it preserved. You won't regret hiring Phebe from Grace Floral and Co! She is the best!

Phebe is a VISIONARY!!!! She is EXEMPLARY in terms of customer service and was by far my favorite vendor that I worked with for my 180 person wedding. She knows how to soothe an anxious bride, provides detailed and custom quotes and vision boards (and will adjust them as many times as you ask her to!), and schedules multiple check-in's along to way to make sure she's adjusting to how your vision is evolving. She even offered to do a flower market tour together a couple months before the wedding which was super fun and helpful to see the flowers/colors in person to discuss the final vision! Truly, Phebe has such a calm, warm but also bright, bubbly personality and presence which is so perfect for this profession. Moving on to the product- OH MY GOODNESS her florals were PERFECT! Literally DREAMS!!!! Whenever I talk to friends/family who attended they all mention how incredible they were. She made sure all my favorite flowers were included, in the right colors and saturation, and the construction was just STUNNING! We opted for floral boutonnieres for the groomsmen which turned out really fun as well! My favorite part, of course, was my bouquet- I literally burst into tears when Phebe walked in holding it out for me to see! I was a very detail oriented bride and the florals were probably the most important aspect of the wedding for me and what I was most nervous about but truly Phebe knocked it 1,000,000 times out of the park. I honestly could go on and on about how she made all the little details so much easier, how well she understood the layout of our venue and how that helped us decorate our space, etc. But really, if you've gotten this far- JUST HIRE PHEBE! I only wish I had my wedding photos already so I could show more examples of just how stunning her work was. Hiring Phebe was one of the best decisions I made after saying "yes". Phebe, I'm obsessed- you have a fan for life!!!!

From our first meeting, Phebe was committed to bringing our vision to life. She is incredible at asking the right questions to really understand the feeling and energy we wanted to convey through our florals. She also offered to take us on a tour of the flower market so we could see, smell, and touch the flowers that would eventually make up our bouquets, centerpieces, and ceremony arch. She helped us creatively work within our budget while still sticking to it, and never once strayed away from the vision. (We wanted white flowers with greenery and lots of texture, and she absolutely delivered!!) Everything looks amazing and really tied the whole event together.

She helped to make recommendations throughout the process, and every single item from the bouquets to flower crowns for the flower girls, greenery and PERFECTLY executed center pieces - everything was absolutely stunning and done with such precision. I felt so close to her throughout the process - when I actually met her in person I nearly cried with happiness! Cannot recommend Phebe enough.

Phebe is far more than just an amazing florist who is gifted at her craft. She goes far beyond just planning the “pretty things” and truly cares about your big day in its entirety. From our very first phone call with Phebe, she made our experience fun and knew exactly how to pull out our vision from our dream Pinterest Board to something realistic for our budget without compromising what still felt like “us”. She made sure to include my husband’s opinion just as much as mine as the bride (despite him laughing his way through how to describe his floral vision LOL!) and asked thoughtful questions about the other event details to make sure everything tied in seamlessly. When looking back on our wedding day, the ability to trust your vendors makes all the difference when being able to enjoy your day in the moment. Because of Phebe’s ability to talk through her plan and vision, we just knew we could trust that every detail would be perfect. She not only talked us through those details but showed us visually through a custom Pinterest Board and outlined proposal (that we revised multiple times, so thank you!!!). We genuinely appreciated all of her advice and could not have been happier with how stunning everything turned out! For a bride who requested all white and greenery, the florals were so well mixed between the types of flowers and textures that still made it feel so unique and special. Her passion for florals, mixed with her vibrant energy and genuine care for her clients, makes her such a dream to work with professionally and personally. We feel so lucky to know Phebe and we could not recommend her more to others!

The final product was stunning! We were blown away by the color palette and variety of flowers used in her arrangements. We received so many compliments from guests at the wedding, as well as questions about the florist for future events. Phebe was so sweet on the day - she stopped in to say hi when delivering the bouquets and we got a sneak peak of the reception room as she was finishing the final touches. Her flowers, candles and overall design made our wedding day so beautiful.

Working with Phebe was so easy and collaborative that I felt confident and excited to see the outcome of our discussions. One thing I found super helpful was the custom Pinterest board that Phebe creates to help bring the vision to life before the big day. On the big day, Phebe was so punctual and sweet, and my bouquet was gorgeous! We even through Phebe a curve ball with our photobooth back drop that she redesigned day of spectacularly. I’m so happy we had the opportunity to work with Phebe and highly recommend her to others.

Phebe is amazing! She was lovely to work with from start to finish and was so flexible when we had to push back our wedding due to Covid. When I was having trouble making a decision about vases at the last minute, she sent over photos right away and helped me decide. She's so passionate about what she does, and it's obvious she puts so much love into her work. She really wants you to love your flowers, and ours look amazing in photos. She also helped us make the most of our budget. Our wedding was in Newport at a church and then Oceancliff. She knew so much about Oceancliff and how we could set things up, save flowers for our Sunday brunch, etc. Her knowledge of our venue was invaluable, especially since we were planning from out of town. We highly recommend working with Phebe!
