It was a pleasure to have Angelica do my makeup for my engagement shoot. My makeup looked flawless and got so many compliments on it. I wanted a soft glam look with my eyes to stand out and she totally nailed it. I would definitely hire her again in the future and recommend her to others.

I was honestly very disappointed with my experience. I hired her to do makeup for four people, my sister for her XV, my mom, my grandma, and myself, and I made it clear we needed to be ready by 4 PM. My sister specifically had to be ready by 3 PM, which I was okay with because I expected her to start earlier around 1 PM and do everyone one by one, starting with my sister.

However, she arrived at 2:18 PM, which was already very late considering she had four people to do. Because of that, everything felt rushed, especially my sister’s makeup since she was on a time crunch for her XV.

She only ended up doing my sister’s and my grandma’s makeup and had her assistant do mine and my mom’s. That was not what I agreed to or paid for. I hired her specifically, not her assistant, and expected her to do all four of us.

It honestly felt like maybe because I do not have an Instagram, our experience was not taken as seriously, and my sister’s XV makeup also felt rushed.

For such an important event, I expected better time management and communication. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations.
