Magical Wedding CNY is a wedding officiant service operating throughout the Greater Syracuse, New York area. Owner Vanessa Milbyer creates personalized ceremonies for couples based on their love story for a completely unique ceremony.

Vanessa became an ordained officiant while planning her own wedding and loves the magic of creating the perfect ceremony. She has always been a writer and believes that writing the story of a couple uniting in marriage is the ultimate honor. Vanessa's goal is to make you shine like a star.

Love is love, and each person should have the right and opportunity to marry whomever they choose in the ceremony style that they want. A Magical Wedding

Vanessa gave us a truly magical wedding. We still have guests telling us it was the best wedding they had ever been to, particularly referencing the ceremony and how they have never experienced a ceremony like it before. Vanessa, an expert storyteller, told our love story to our guests in such a way that they all felt they understood it and were now a part of that story. The ceremony was personal, and brought many to tears. I was personally blown away by how emotional it was listening to Vanessa describe our love story and sharing it with all of our family and friends. No one had experienced a ceremony like it before and they loved it! I feel like this is how all weddings should be! Vaness put in a lot of work ahead of time by providing the questionnaires she needed to get to know us and our story, she even spoke to some of our loved ones for their input as well. Vanessa met with us a few times to review our vision for the ceremony, provide her guidance, and ensure she understood how we wanted everything to flow. Vanessa was available for questions, promptly responded and gave us an experience like none other. We cannot recommend Vanessa enough to give you a magical wedding experience of a lifetime.

A Truly Personal and Memorable Ceremony

We had an amazing experience with Vanessa from Magical Wedding CNY. She crafted a ceremony that captured our relationship beautifully, and so many guests complimented how personal and engaging it felt. Vanessa is incredibly kind, organized, and easy to work with. Hire vanessa now

Vanessa did an amazing job officiating our wedding in June 2025. She coordinated everything with the venue, DJ, etc. she ran a perfect rehearsal so everyone felt comfortable. Our ceremony was wonderful with lots of guests commenting on how much they loved hearing about us. Book Vanessa!!!!

Magic Wedding CNY is the best!

Our wedding ceremony exceeded our expectations in every way, and we've been to a lot of weddings. Vanessa of Magic Wedding CNY was instrumental in making our special day truly unforgettable. We were impressed by her initial video call, during which she showcased her incredible positive energy, warmth, and professionalism, making us feel comfortable and confident in her abilities. Great experience

Vanessa went above and beyond in officiating our ceremony! She was always approachable and patient with our questions, and provided ample details to help us feel comfortable even in the early stages of planning. One of my favorite aspects of the planning process was that she reached out to our family & friends in the months leading up to the wedding to help add details to our ceremony script. Our ceremony was outdoors in truly unpleasant weather, and yet our guests were raving about the personalized script and excellent storytelling by Vanessa. We are so grateful to her!

Very Special!

Vanessa did an amazing job officiating our wedding! She made sure our ceremony went smoothly and her level of professionalism throughout was superb. It was very special how she crafted our love story by getting information from not only us, but also from our loved ones. You could tell she took a lot of time and care to weave bits and pieces together, to create a beautiful ceremony.

We had the pleasure of working with Vanessa as our wedding officiant, and she was truly amazing. From the beginning, she was easy to communicate with, always responsive and attentive to our needs. Search no further!

I would recommend Vanessa to anyone and everyone! She was absolutely phenomenal. If you want many of your wedding guests to tell you it was the most beautiful ceremony they’ve ever been to then she is right for you. Her attention to detail and genuine interest to learn about us to tell them best story possible blew us out of the water. They should add a 6th star to this rating.

Best officiant ever!!!

Vanessa was absolutely outstanding and made our wedding day SO incredibly special and magical. We will forever cherish how seamless she made the whole process during the planning, rehearsal and the ceremony itself on the day of. Her communication was outstanding the entire time and she was extremely organized throughout the whole process. I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to effectively share our love story with our friends and family. She put together our love story so beautifully and she was so attentive on the day of our wedding to both the bride and the groom. We 10/10 recommend Vanessa and CNY magical weddings to be your officiant, they will not disappoint and it is the moments with your officiant that you will never forget!!!
