Allyson was hands down one of best vendors of my wedding. If you’re on the fence about hiring a coordinator I have one thing to say.. HIRE ALLYSON!!! I honestly had no intentions of hiring a coordinator for our wedding except when we chose a venue that required a day of coordinator and let me tell you; best decision ever. Due to Covid I was never able to meet with Allyson face-to-face until our final walk-through but even with our first conversations over the phone and over zoom I knew I was in good hands. For even being just “day of coordinator” I was able to have full contact with her throughout the year. She helped keep me in check and level headed especially when I needed advice regarding Covid and even having a wedding. She even has a paper business and helped put together/pick out my wedding invitations.
I’m a type A personality who wasn’t able to help set up for the actual wedding at the venue and she took my inspo photos and ran with it. Everything looked more amazing then I could have imagined; honestly it was put together better than I could have done myself. Even with the little hiccups that kept coming up the day of the wedding. She was cool, calm, collected, and a true problem solver. Which was such a blessing.

Allyson and her team were AMAZING!! We hired Maebell Events for my daughter's wedding and I couldn't have been more pleased. Allyson had so many great thoughts and ideas to help make my daughter's day so special and unique. Her team was phenomenal on the actual wedding day as well. They took care of everything and wouldn't let us lift a finger. Allyson was amazing to work with. She’s very professional but also a friend that shows she cares about you and your day. The months leading up to the wedding were organized and we checked everything off the list. She met with me multiple times over zoom and in person to get everything perfect. She had amazing recommendations for florals/cake/hair and makeup. I wasn’t stressed at all the days leading up or the day of the wedding because her and her team are fully on top of everything. Talking with vendors, setting everything up, making sure everyone/everything was ready. Hiring Allyson was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding. She exceeded my expectations! From the very beginning she was easy to communicate with and very professional. She did everything I asked, and did it better than I planned. She made the day feel smooth and flawless. She ran the rehearsal and made sure everyone was prepared and confident in what they needed to do. Knowing she was there on our wedding day took such a load of stress off. Allyson and Maebell Events was a godsend. We postponed our wedding three times because of COVID and moving overseas and Allyson made sure to help us with whatever date we chose. She was such a help for our rehearsal and the day of our wedding. We definitely couldn’t have done it all without her.

My daughter’s wedding day was a beautiful culmination of months of planning and coordinating with Allyson. When we were in the planning phase she was a wealth of knowledge to narrow down the different vendors in the Jacksonville area. She was excited to join in on creative solutions for our budget and unique ideas for Lexi’s day beautiful. She handled many of the day of details and worked well with all of our vendors. As the mother of the bride, I was free to visit with guests and enjoy all of the days events without worrying about decorations, timing or corralling people. She handled all of the unforeseen challenges of the day with grace and patience. Couldn’t recommend a better wedding coordinator!

I could not imagine my wedding day without Allyson and Maebell Events. I used her day-of coordinating services and she was so helpful for organizing my timeline and ensuring that the event ran exactly as I hoped. Allyson is kind, knowledgable and organized.
