Allyson was hands down one of best vendors of my wedding. If you’re on the fence about hiring a coordinator I have one thing to say.. HIRE ALLYSON!!! I honestly had no intentions of hiring a coordinator for our wedding except when we chose a venue that required a day of coordinator and let me tell you; best decision ever. Due to Covid I was never able to meet with Allyson face-to-face until our final walk-through but even with our first conversations over the phone and over zoom I knew I was in good hands. For even being just “day of coordinator” I was able to have full contact with her throughout the year. She helped keep me in check and level headed especially when I needed advice regarding Covid and even having a wedding. She even has a paper business and helped put together/pick out my wedding invitations.
I’m a type A personality who wasn’t able to help set up for the actual wedding at the venue and she took my inspo photos and ran with it. Everything looked more amazing then I could have imagined; honestly it was put together better than I could have done myself. Even with the little hiccups that kept coming up the day of the wedding. She was cool, calm, collected, and a true problem solver. Which was such a blessing.
Allyson is truly one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met and I am forever grateful for her! You truly need to hire her, I don’t currently have photos of her work however just check out her Instagram page!

Allyson is the crème de la crème
Allyson truly played such a huge role in our wedding planning & wedding day. A true ambassador of peace with an insane capability to minimize chaos and maximize joy. Allyson is patient, kind, organized, creative, and determined to nail the vision. I fully think myself, my husband, our families, and our friends could come together to write a full dissertation singing Allyson’s praises, but I’ll sum it up by shouting from the rooftops that it was a true pleasure & honor working with Allyson, and we are blessed to have found a friend in her beyond all of the magic she cultivated for our wedding. Allyson is the Queen of all Queens. -

Incredible!!!
Allyson was amazing to work with. She’s very professional but also a friend that shows she cares about you and your day. The months leading up to the wedding were organized and we checked everything off the list. She met with me multiple times over zoom and in person to get everything perfect. She had amazing recommendations for florals/cake/hair and makeup. I wasn’t stressed at all the days leading up or the day of the wedding because her and her team are fully on top of everything. Talking with vendors, setting everything up, making sure everyone/everything was ready. I could write so much more about how amazing she is as a person and a planner. 100000% recommend having her as your planner/sidekick for your wedding!! Thanks Allyson and the Maebell Team!! -

From the moment we met with Allyson for our 30 day review I felt a huge pressure lift off of my shoulders. I was so excited to plan my wedding and loved (almost) every minute of it. It was so customized because of that. But let me tell you, it wouldn’t have happened without Allyson and her team. She created the floral arrangements to my vision, ran the day exactly how I dreamed, and even answered my phone call the week before our wedding while she was out at dinner! I’m so happy we made the decision to hire her as our Day of Coordinator at our October wedding at the Fountain of Youth St. Augustine. She listened to my dreams, and brought them to life. We hired Maebell for day-of coordination and got so much more. Allyson was an incredible support for our wedding. She helped me to think through the important details and counseled us through all of the changes due to COVID. She even figured out how to have our family and friends zoom into our garden wedding- audio/video and all! My mom really wanted a specific decor at the cocktail hour/reception, and Allyson made it happen with a few inspiration photos. We didn’t need to take care of anything on our wedding day. Allyson made everything feel seamless, and everyone knew their part because of her. She’s hyper organized, and she gets things done. Most importantly, she is a friend in the process. She is authentic, listens, and makes anything happen. Hire her! -

My husband and I truly could not have imagined planning our wedding without Allyson!! She made sure our day ran smoothly and was absolutely perfect - we didn’t have to worry about a thing! After watching many, many Youtube videos, I realized I 100% needed a day-of-coordinator for my wedding. I went straight to Wedding Wire to search for a coordinator one month from my wedding date. I found Maebell Events & Paper Design and hired Allyson. COVID threw a lot of curveballs into my wedding planning, but the biggest one was my original Reception location cancelling THREE WEEKS before my wedding day. Allyson put in some extra work to help us find another venue, and she graciously changed her schedule around so she could view the Reception venue we chose in the end. Allyson did all the decorating at the Reception venue, so I didn't have to worry about enlisting one of my family members to decorate. And she also made our timeline very flexible, which was very helpful on my wedding day. I highly recommend Allyson and Maebell Events & Paper Design for your wedding day! -

I cannot begin to say enough good things about Allyson's work as our day of coordinator for our wedding! From the first meeting to the last, Allyson took the time to listen to my vision and make it completely come to life the day of my wedding. Allyson helped me along the way with getting my programs put together, along with the delivery of my flowers and cake. She was so professional in coordinating all of the various vendors for our wedding day. My venue had a lot of limitations on decorating until the day of the wedding, and Allyson managed to take my countless boxes of decorations and turn them into exactly what I had imagined. She kept everything on schedule the day of the wedding and was so kind and patient throughout the entire process. She truly is one of the best vendors we hired on our wedding day and we cannot recommend her enough! -

Allyson was a Godsend for us. We stumbled upon her from a friend, and she did not disappoint! She met with my husband and I just a few weeks into planning (when I was a total wreck), and I walked out of that meeting feeling so much better. She gave me recommendations for vendors, gave us the option to go through her for invitations and paper goods, and she worked with me the entire way to make sure our day was perfect. The week of our wedding, she reached out to all of my vendors to make sure that I did not stress out on our wedding day, and I wasn't! I had the best morning getting ready with my girls, and everything was BEAUTIFUL at the reception, where she had spent the whole morning readying it for our party. We enjoyed working with Allyson and all those at Maebell Events. She's the best! -

We couldn't have made it through our big day without Allyson! She ran our rehearsal, was the coordinator for the ceremony the day of, and created the seating cards and a few other miscellaneous signs we used at the reception. She was extremely organized, personable, and knew exactly how to make things run as smoothly as possible. Whenever I had questions or just needed someone to talk to she was very responsive and ready to help any way she could. I am SO grateful for her and would highly recommend her to any bride! -

The invitations designed for our daughter's birthday were great! They were simple, yet fun, and went over well with her guests. I'll definitely use Maebell again and recommend them to friends. -
