When I first got engaged I sat at a coffee shop researching for hours different vendors in the Houston area. I stumbled across Luke & Cat and the rest was history! From the very first phone call I knew these 2 were something special! When my fiancé and I first met L&C it really was like fireworks! Hiring Luke and Cat as our wedding photographers was easily one of the best decisions we made! They were professional, but fun to work with. We got to use them for our engagements, my bridals as well as the big day. My husband and I still say to this date that our engagement session was one of the best dates we have ever had. Those two kept us laughing, smiling and loving the time in front of the camera. My favorite wedding photos are the special moments they captured including my mom looking for me and crying before I walked down the aisle and so many beautiful moments of my first dance with my dad. We got to include our bulldog in our special day and they were glad to welcome him both at engagements and help him show off his best smile on wedding day. There’s something truly special about hiring photographers that become some of your favorite people and you feel lucky to call friends. Other than who I married, hiring Luke and Cat to capture our wedding season was hands down the best “wedding” decision I made.

Staring with our engagement pictures to our wedding day viewing party (where my mom totally fell asleep on their couch) the time spent with Luke and Cat are some of my fondest wedding memories. Because Luke and Cat take such pride in not only the work they do, but the relationships they form, the photos they take truly capture the heart and relationship of the couple. Cat and Luke were a dream come true. They became so much more than just our wedding photographers, they became friends. I admired Luke & Cat’s work for years, and knew I wanted them to capture my wedding one day. Fast forward to getting engaged - Luke & Cat were the first vendors I contacted. From that phone call forward, they treated Shane and I like royalty. They flew to Manhattan for our engagement session and delivered amazing photos. That was only the beginning, as taking my bridal portraits on their ranch was such a fun experience and gave me time to do a trial of my hair, makeup and even my gown. We received all of our final, edited wedding photos only two and a half weeks after our wedding day, along with a couple sneak peeks during that time period.
