Lindsey will work one-on-one with the newlywed-to-be to carefully create their wedding-day look. Groups of up to 25 can be accommodated at Lovely by Lindsey, allowing larger wedding parties to get ready together.

Lindsey is a MAGICIAN!!
I booked Lindsey to do my hair for my wedding and I couldn't image having anyone else! Let me start by saying first that Lindsey is so sweet and SO kind! It's important to surround yourself with vendors who you enjoy being around on your wedding day because the people around you will set the tone for your day. Lindsey was the perfect person to have get us ready! She did my hair, all 5 of my bridesmaids, my Mom, Grandmother, and my MIL's hair. Every SINGLE person was absolutely IN LOVE with their hair!! Every one of them got compliments all night long about how great their hair looked! As the bride, I was THRILLED with Lindsey's work! I had a trial before the wedding where Lindsey showed me two hair styles (both of which I loved) but then on the wedding day I showed her a style different from both of the trial styles. I had no doubt I could trust her and she NAILED it!! It was the perfect glam wave hairstyle to go with my makeup and dress and overall vibe. I would recommend Lindsey to anyone a thousand times over!

Lindsey is the best ever!!
Lindsey was absolutely amazing, and I could not recommend her enough! She did both my hair and makeup for my wedding, and I truly could not have been happier with how everything turned out. She and Jackie also did the hair for my entire bridal party, as well as my mom and mother-in-law, and everyone looked absolutely beautiful!
I did a hair trial with Lindsey beforehand and also used her rental extension program. She was so great about listening to any little changes I wanted to make from my trial to the wedding day and tweaked everything perfectly. My hair and makeup ended up being exactly what I envisioned, and I felt so beautiful and confident all day.
Beyond how talented she is, Lindsey is genuinely such a sweet and kind person. She made the whole getting-ready experience so fun, comfortable, and stress-free. I’m so grateful she was part of my wedding day and would recommend her to any bride! 🤍

Working with Lovely by Lindsey was one of the best decisions I made beauty wise! After booking and setting up the trial, I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. They were on time, fully prepared and ready to work with everyone to create their dream look. Truly one less thing to worry about when planning a wedding!!

Flawless!!!
Lindsey was the best!!! I went through so many HMU pricing + inquiries at the start because I wasn't sure where to begin. I quickly knew I wanted someone that did both Hair and Makeup (and not have to book two different vendors). Booking the vendors is one of the hardest processes for the bride + making sure you have the right person is key. I knew from the start with easy communication and price transparency Lindsey was going to be the best fit for me! From my trial to my wedding day, everything was flawless!! My MIL, SIL, and mother were all so pleased with their hair/make up day of and I (the bride) have never felt prettier! Lindsey listened to the small changes I wanted to make from my trial and I could not have been happier. Thank you thank you thank you!!! Could not recommend enough.

I cannot say enough positive things about Lovely by Lindsey! I first went to her gorgeous in-home studio for my bridal trial and she made me feel right at home from the second I walked through the door. For the day of our wedding reception, she did hair and makeup for both my mom and me. She listened to every single thing we wanted and somehow delivered even better than we could have imagined! Pre-reception prep was so nice and relaxing because Lindsey is just so sweet, fun, genuine, and easy to be around. We wouldn't have changed a single thing. If you need a HMUA, book Lindsey! Truly!

Lovely by Lindsey -- The best!!!
Lindsey and her team helped me and my bridesmaids feel so beautiful on my wedding day. Lindsey wonderfully executed the vision I had, and was so patient in making sure every detail was perfect. She was such a positive light to have during the stressful morning of a wedding day! She is an absolute expert in bringing out your natural beauty. I felt special and glammed, given the day is such a big life event, but most importantly, I felt like myself. I brought a few inspiration photos to her and had no notes during the whole process (trial included!). I felt like she automatically knew what I was looking for.
If feasible, I would also recommend having her glam you for your rehearsal dinner. It was special to have two separate looks (one hair down with a bit darker make up for rehearsal, hair up and a more natural look on the wedding day). Everyone was blown away. I could not recommend her enough!

Incredible Hair & Makeup Artist - Highly Recommend!
Lindsey was one of the best choices I made for my wedding weekend in Charleston! She did my hair and makeup for both my welcome party and wedding, and I was so thrilled how both looks turned out. She is so incredibly talented, but she makes it all seem so effortless. I've never felt more beautiful while also still feeling like myself. The cherry on top was her calming presence and her willingness to make tweaks to the looks during the trial and on the day of. Her top priority is making sure the bride and all her people feel great, and it shows in her work and friendly attitude. I would highly recommend her to anyone getting married in the Carolinas (and beyond!).

A Family Affair 👰🏼♀️👰🏽♀️👩🏻💞
I cannot tell you how much of a blessing Lindsey was on my wedding day. I had never gotten my hair or makeup done before and it truly was an experience better than I could have dreamed of! She listened to every request and executed things SO perfectly that I will never get over the way she made me feel! Naturally I had a lot of stress in a lot of different departments, but having Lindsey booked for my hair makeup was one that NEVER concerned me and instead was a source of relief. She was the most relaxing, kind, and talented person to work with and I look back with such gratitude having made that memory with her. I truly never felt more beautiful and taken care of - I wouldn’t change a thing! My beautiful mommy is so lucky to have been pampered my Lindsey twice as my sister booked her for her wedding as well and left us OBSESSED all over again - we already have her booked for my little sister for whenever she gets married haha!

Book lindsey!
Lovely by Lindsey was one of the first vendors I booked and I was sooo excited to work with her. I knew a trial would be necessary because I have sensitive skin and my hair is long, doesn't hold curl well, and tangles very easily so it was important for me to figure out what would work best!
I was surprised at how long the makeup lasted! I never did any touch ups, and none of the products she used bothered my skin at all. The makeup itself was also comfortable throughout the day, even down to the eyelashes she used. And as far as the look, I felt like a barbie princess. I wanted lots of pink blush and pink contoured lips, and she definitely understood my vibe!! I have never felt so pretty!
Ultimately I did end up changing my hair from half down during the trial to all the way down on wedding day. Both looks were gorgeous though! I was also SO IMPRESSED with my mom's hair! Everyone looked so pretty and nobody had any complaints!
Definitely book early if you want to hire Lovely by Lindsey. I am pretty sure I booked a year or more out.

Absolutely wonderful!
Lindsey was absolutely wonderful. She and her team were unbelievably talented, professional, and kind! I felt so heard by Lindsey and as a result my wedding hair and makeup was exactly as I’d hoped it would be. She and her team also made my mother, mother in law, and friends feel so comfortable and confident! A 10/10 experience!!!
