I was one of those people who really did not think I needed or wanted a coordinator, but one of my bridesmaids talked me into it and I'm SO glad that they did. Shannon was spectacular. Truly went above and beyond in every way. She was attentive, knowledgable, and so thoughtful. By the time we decided to bring on a coordinator, we had most of the "big" details planned-- all of our vendors + a VERY rough timeline. I struggled with the smaller details and how to make everything come together and Shannon filled in perfectly. She really listened to us and what was important to us before the wedding, and day-of everything went beautifully. We were planning our Chicago wedding from Europe and had a very hectic lead-up to the wedding day and I simply cannot imagine managing all of the logistics, plus my nerves for the big day, on my own. Shannon made sure everything was taken care of and I went about the week knowing that we had someone we could trust to manage the details of our wedding. Shannon made it so that all I had to focus on for our wedding day was the day itself. I don't think there is a better gift than that. :)

You absolutely need a day-of coordinator and Shannon with Love & Logistics was amazing! Shannon stuck with us from 2019-2022, throughout several COVID-related reschedulings. She provided detailed guidance and feedback regarding scheduling for the day and answered questions during our final venue walk through before our wedding. Shannon is also super flexible and can help you decide how to best allocate her time so that you are getting the best value. Most importantly, Shannon has a calm and kind demeanor that helped me relax and not worry about the details for the day. Many of my family members and bridesmaids shared stories with me about how Shannon helped them throughout the day. There were so many details we never would have thought of without Shannon. I have absolutely no regrets about working with Shannon as our day-of/month-of coordinator for our May 2022 wedding. From our first phone conversation, I felt comfortable with Shannon. She maintains a calm and controlled presence. During our consultation, she made sure to get down the logistics, but also really got a sense for how we wanted to feel on our wedding day. She led our rehearsal which was organized and timely. On the wedding day, she set everything up to perfection and was always close by when anyone needed anything. I felt that I could truly “let go” on the wedding day because I trusted Shannon so much. My bridesmaids raved about her as well. As a bonus, she was also relatively affordable, which does not equate with less quality or service.

Shannon was amazing. She got in contact with us moths before the wedding and gave us tips and tricks and reminded us of things we might have missed. We then met up with her a month before so she could get the full vision of what we wanted/ what we were expecting. She was there with us at our final meeting with the venue, called all of our vendors to make sure everyone was on the right timeline, ran our rehearsal, put everything out for our wedding, and cleaned up everything at then end. COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR MORE!

Shannon was an absolute fairy godmother on our wedding day. We planned the whole wedding ourselves, so when it came time to coordinate the final details, we started realizing that we were going to have a lot to keep track of on the day of the wedding. We decided to hire Shannon as our day of coordinator, and it honestly was the best decision we made for our wedding (no exaggeration). Shannon is dedicated, thoughtful, grounded, calm, positive - everything you hope for in someone who will be present on your big day. Shannon was great to work with at all times. She thought of many things that (type A planner) hadn't thought of and clearly has a great deal of experience. She was excellent communicator to vendors and family alike. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to others planning a wedding.

Shannon made sure that everything at our reception went perfectly. We had limited time between our off-site ceremony and our reception, so my husband and family and I had no time to set up the reception or arrive early. That was no issue, as Shannon had set everything up exactly as we had discussed and had ensured that other vendors did the same. Every part of our day was seamless and perfect, and we can't thank Shannon enough!

She knew how to handle every single detail of the wedding day! She is very knowledgeable about every single aspect of the logistics around the day. She even stepped in to handle the situation when my mom was a half hour late to the wedding. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a day of coordinator.
