We would highly recommend Mara Migogna as an amazing wedding planner. We hired her as a day-of coordinator for our wedding in Northern Virginia. She tracked down vendors and coordinated our entire day. Once she took over the details during the month leading up to the wedding, the logistics clicked into place. She helped us work through issues that popped up during the wedding weekend and made sure that we didn’t need to stress out about them. Overall she was one of the best vendors we hired for our entire wedding and considered all details taken care of in her hands! My wife and I hired Mara to be our wedding coordinator and we couldn't have been happier. Mara and her whole team were reliable, easy to work with, and made it possible for us to relax and enjoy our wedding day. Mara was great at working with our vendors before and during the wedding, asked us the right questions so that she knew what we wanted, creating and updating planning documents, and responded quickly to all of our questions as we were in the planning stages. My wife and I definitely wish we could have them manage our regular life for us. Can't recommend enough!

Hiring Lotus Event Co. as our Day-of Coordination was the best decision my husband and I made for our wedding day! I was super nervous about all those last minute details and how they would be executed at our rehearsal and on our wedding day. Mara was always a calm presence and intentionally helped us execute all that we wanted for our wedding day perfectly! She was kind, supportive, asked great clarifying questions to help in our planning, and then on the day of went above and beyond to bring our vision to fruition. Our wedding day was so beautiful and elegant! It went so smoothly mostly due to Mara and her amazing team that helped us. I would 100% recommend her services to anyone needing a wedding coordinator. Lotus Event Co. was instrumental in making our big day an overwhelming success. Mara went above and beyond what was asked of her as a "Day-Of Coordinator". Starting a month out from the wedding, she created incredibly detailed timelines, packing lists, schedules and notes to help make sure nothing would be missed on the day of. She reached out to all of our vendors in advance to ensure that they all had everything they needed from us and that they all knew when and where they would need to be on the day of the wedding. She was always quick to respond whenever we had questions for her and also helped us to plan for things we had forgotten. On the day of the wedding, the Lotus Event Co. team made sure that the venue was set up just how we wanted it, and everyone was where they needed to be exactly when they needed to be there. We could not have asked for a better "Day-of Coordination" service and would highly recommend Mara and her team to any couples looking to have a stress free wedding!

Mara did an amazing job coordinating our wedding. From working with us 6 weeks prior, reminding us of any details we were missing, sketching a floor plan, doing a rehearsal, fixing the seating chart, contacting all the vendors, helping with set up and break down, she did a phenomenal job. Lotus Events planned my son and daughter-in-law's wedding and they did a truly incredible job. Many problems arose over the course of the day (as they tend to do during weddings), but they were all handled very smoothly and professionally! She turned what could have been a disaster into a perfect day!

Mara did a stellar job on day-of coordination for our wedding. Starting 6ish weeks out, she took over vendor communication, making sure that each vendor answered all of her and our questions about the final details and was ready to go for the wedding. This included having to track down a new contact at our venue because the first event coordinator ghosted us.
Mara was super responsive to both emails and texts and went above and beyond to make sure that we felt comfortable going into the wedding. She completely understood the vibe we were going for and was incredibly helpful with tips and tricks from her experience that brought it all together. All I had to do day-of was focus on having a blast at my wedding!
