Lotus Event Co. was instrumental in making our big day an overwhelming success. Mara went above and beyond what was asked of her as a "Day-Of Coordinator". Starting a month out from the wedding, she created incredibly detailed timelines, packing lists, schedules and notes to help make sure nothing would be missed on the day of. She reached out to all of our vendors in advance to ensure that they all had everything they needed from us and that they all knew when and where they would need to be on the day of the wedding. She was always quick to respond whenever we had questions for her and also helped us to plan for things we had forgotten. On the day of the wedding, the Lotus Event Co. team made sure that the venue was set up just how we wanted it, and everyone was where they needed to be exactly when they needed to be there. We could not have asked for a better "Day-of Coordination" service and would highly recommend Mara and her team to any couples looking to have a stress free wedding!

Mara did an amazing job coordinating our wedding. From working with us 6 weeks prior, reminding us of any details we were missing, sketching a floor plan, doing a rehearsal, fixing the seating chart, contacting all the vendors, helping with set up and break down, she did a phenomenal job.
