Los Arroyos catered my wedding and made all my wedding dreams come true! We met with the catering manager, Areli, about a year before the wedding. She was able to craft some vegan options for me (I'm vegan; hubby is not) and the tasting went PERFECTLY. Not only was the food good; we could tell Areli was very experienced and she offered tons of suggestions for things we had not yet thought of (such as how to serve our root beer float dessert and how to pass out tequila shots for the toast).

Throughout the year leading up to the wedding, I mostly had contact with Aurielle, who was equally awesome. They were on top of everything and contacted me to pin down final details instead of waiting for me to call (which is a huge relief towards the end of wedding planning, trust me).

And then the wedding was perfect. Guests LOVED the food and are still talking about it. I had always heard the bride and groom don't really get a chance to eat at their wedding, but I made sure we did because we were SO looking forward to it. And it was as delicious as I remembered! Plus, the catering staff was very professional and very fun and friendly. I am so happy we booked them and can't wait to visit the restaurant again.

Big picture—affordable, delicious food, helpful staff. Everyone loved the food at our wedding and it was exactly what we had hoped for.

Problems—communication with the event coordinator Areli is hit or miss. Sometimes she’s very responsive sometimes it takes days/weeks to get a response. I also feel like we were promised some things that didn’t end up panning out. We were told that she would have staff who would pass around drinks during cocktail hour to help with lines at the bar, but that did not happen. Also at the beginning of cocktail hour, only 1 bar was open when there was supposed to be 2 open. Another bar problem—they over poured the alcohol significantly. In hindsight, we should have provided a stopper or more direction but we ran out of alcohol TWICE. We bought 3x their recommended supply of alcohol and still ran out due to heavy pours. Also I provided a box of fresh herbs to be used in the cocktail drinks but they were put at the table settings instead (might have been mis communication between my planner and los arroyos). If I could go back I would have provided very specific instructions in writing of my expectations on the day of set up instead of relying on in person conversations I had.

The food is delicious! The service on the day of our wedding was perfect!
